From 2012-2019, Dr. Robert Duncan, a former DARPA, Department of Defense, CIA, NATO, and Harvard scientist (in neural networks, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and EEG controlled robotics), explains in lectures & interviews how the government is working on Cybernetic Hive Minds, and lists the uses as “increased intelligence, rapid communication, brainstorming, interrogation, mind control, predictions of mass influence, and accelerated education”, amongst other similar ‘cyborg-like’ technologies they are working on. He also talks about Voice of God weapons being used on innocent civilians around the world as being the most sophisticated weapons system humanity has ever created, which involves every aspect of science, and devious tactics that are unimaginable to most people – you would have to understand neuroscience, physics, psychology, and have a criminal-mind.

In 2019, he enthusiastically presented a remote-lecture titled “The Ethics of Neuroweapons and Neuro-Technologies,” which went through neurotechnology advances that he’s excited about and then switches the lecture to a warning of the dark side of these advances: neuroweapons and advanced mind-control technology that totalitarian governments (US, Britain, China, and Russia) are using to mind-control societies, armies, and other governments right now.

In 2018 DARPA announces a bold initiative to develop what they call ‘Next Generation Non Surgical Neuro Technology’ so that the human brain can directly interface and link our brains with outside systems.

DARPA created the internet, GPS, cell phones etc and have developed this new technology and needs humans to be injected with certain substances for it to work. It is sold under the slogan that humans will be able to control machines but what they don’t tell you is that it is not a one way street.

He explains a neuroweapon that can take over the minds (recruit/influence them to think something is a good idea – the opposite of what they might believe) and more. Brian Kofron, Former private security industry specialist, said that you don’t need a chip in the brain, they can read and manipulate your mind already, with your DNA profile.

He warned, that they have the technology that just requires a DNA profile from the target, and this DNA profile is used to determine the resident frequency of the DNA itself, They can read your thoughts verbatim, as they occur within your own mind, The DNA code is placed in a super computer and run algorithms that biocode electromagnetic transmission so that they bio resonate with your body. They can transmit it through cell towers or satellites or aircraft or any number of ways, and that signal will only effect you and nobody else. Someone standing next to you will not hear it, because their receiver is not tuned to that bio resonate. The person will hear voices in their head, and if they tell others, they will recommend psychological evaluation because they will assume that person is crazy. It can tap into the optical nerve and auditory system of the target where those monitoring the target can see what the target is seeing and hear what the target is hearing. He said this technology can be used to beam images and even motion pictures into one’s brain that are so realistic, you think it’s real (like virtual reality). It can induce fear, love, hate, cause nervousness, cause confidence, cause depression, cause happiness. Any emotion at any time, by artificially inducing them. It can stop your own thoughts and replace them with other thoughts that is so sophisticated you cannot tell the difference. If you didn’t know this technology existed, and you had these spontaneous thoughts that you thought were your own, it can be very dangerous. It can be used to sway people’s opinions and choices, make them go along with a certain agenda, turn groups against each other, for whatever purpose they want.

Roger Tolces, (Los Angeles private investigator who specializes in electronic countermeasures), said there’s a bio resonance with every person. He said the original Stocklin patent is on his website which is about technology that goes voice-to-skull, back in 1992. After that, any information about it went dark. They figured out how to biocode these microwaves so that they could attack specific individuals.

George Church (geneticist, molecular engineer, chemist) explains in a lecture how you can convert DNA information into ionic information into computer information, that you can then read out and “compute on”. Not just for the RNAs and other molecular identifiers, but what the brain was thinking during that activity.

Steve Hoffman (Silicon Valley Angel Investor and CEO of Founders Space), explains in a lecture how they were looking at the pattern in the brain, putting it into a database, and matching that pattern, and start to read their mind. ie.. if you think of those words… every time a word comes up, they know it. They are training a machine to do it. Excitedly, he also said that you can upload your memories to the cloud, and transfer and share your memories with others. He’s excited about the technology but warns it could be bad, if hacked, they could steal your identity, or even erase you, or reprogramme you, without you even knowing it. “Who do you trust with this technology?” Zuckerberg? the Government? Donald Trump? Who are you willing to have so much faith in, that you are willing to open up your brain to being hacked? He finishes with saying it could be heaven or hell. We could end up being controlled automatically by AI and be nothing but mindless zombies.

In 2021, Peter Breggin, a psychiatrist, published “COVID-19 and the Global Predators: we are the prey“, detailing how they turned state mental hospitals into places of complete control and docility, while making multi-millions of dollars, giving neurotoxins, as a setup for Covid-19 over decades.
