Anthony “Fraud-chi” testified just days before the so-called outbreak that he was conducting a “Phase 1 clinical trial of a universal influenza vaccine that uses nanoparticle-based platform technology” and that he was conducting and supporting research for “self-assembling nanoparticle vaccines“. DECEMBER 4, 2019, Anthony Fauci testified before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations: ⁽⁰¹⁾

“The NIAID Vaccine Research Center (VRC) is conducting a Phase 1 clinical trial of a universal influenza vaccine that uses a nanoparticle-based platform technology to display the stem region of the HA protein.“ p.6

“In recognition of these limitations, the President signed the Executive Order on Modernizing Influenza Vaccines in the United States to Promote National Security and Public Health on September 19, 2019. Broadly, the Executive Order directs BARDA, CDC, NIH, and FDA to accelerate the adoption of improved influenza vaccine technologies. In alignment with the goals of the Executive Order, NIAID is conducting and supporting research to develop stateof-the-art vaccine platform technologies that could be used to develop universal influenza vaccines as well as to improve the speed and agility of the influenza vaccine manufacturing process. These platform technologies include DNA, messenger RNA (mRNA), virus-like particles, vector-based, and self-assembling nanoparticle vaccines.” p5-6 ⁽⁰²⁾

“In 2020, VRC scientists plan to evaluate a similar nanoparticle-based vaccine candidate designed to protect against “group 2” influenza viruses.” p.7

And just 2 Months earlier, was trying to get the world to accept a “Universal Flu Vaccine” on C-span, discussing with a panel that included HHS/BARDA on how they could bypass regulations (“bureaucratic strings“), and conceptualizing a “novel avian flu virus from China” that could “excite and disrupt the world”. Just another “coincidence” in the line of “thousands”. ⁽⁰³⁾
