Operation Paperclip was a secret United States intelligence program in which more than 1,600 German scientists, engineers, and technicians were taken from former Nazi Germany to the U.S. for government employment after the end of World War II. By 1947, this evacuation operation had netted an estimated 1,800 technicians and scientists, along with 3,700 family members. Those with special skills or knowledge were taken to detention and interrogation centre’s, such as one code-named DUSTBIN. The project was originally called Operation Overcast.

Of particular interest were scientists specializing in aerodynamics and rocketry (such as those involved in the V-1 and V-2 projects), chemical weapons, chemical reaction technology, and medicine. These scientists and their families were secretly brought to the United States, without State Department review or approval; their service for Hitler’s Third Reich, NSDAP, and SS memberships, as well as the classification of many as war criminals or security threats, also disqualified them from officially obtaining visas. Over 4,000 former Nazis, some of whom committed atrocities, went to work for the U.S. government, without the public’s knowledge.

Many umbrella projects stemmed from the collaboration between Nazi scientists and CIA military researchers. (MK-ULTRA, ARTICHOKE, STARGATE, and OPERATION MIDNIGHT CLIMAX), all designed to see if they can make humans do things against their own will – population control, soldier control, riot-control, etc.

In 1956, the book Rape of the Mind explains how scientific brainwashing is done and argues that “hardly anyone can resist such.” “Fear and continual pressure are known to create a menticidal hypnosis. The conscious part of the personality no longer takes part in the automatic confessions. In 1968, CIA/DoD and President Lyndon Johnson’s and Richard Nixon’s Science Adviser, Dr. Gordon J.F. MacDonald wrote a book Unless Peace Comes – A Scientific Forecast of New Weapons, describing how man-made changes in the electrical earth-ionosphere can be used for mass behavior control.

He added:

Another threat, less overt but no less basic, confronts liberal democracy. More directly linked to the impact of technology, it involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled and directed society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values, this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behavior and keeping society under close surveillance and control. Under such circumstances, the scientific and technological momentum of the country would not be reversed but would actually feed on the situation it exploits.

Persisting social crisis, the emergence of a charismatic personality, and the exploitation of mass media to obtain public confidence would be the stepping stones in the piecemeal transformation of the United States into a highly controlled society.

In 1976, US3951134A patent was filed titled “Apparatus and Method for Remotely Monitoring and Altering Brain Waves” which uses electromagnetic signals of different frequencies that are simultaneously transmitted to the brain which is then re-transmitted by the brain to the receiver, and displayed on a computer for viewing, processing and analysis. In 1977, Professor Alan Scheflin had spent the previous 4 years documenting and writing a book about the CIA, called “The Mind Manipulators”, where he’s quoted as saying “Every citizen was a potential guinea pig for the CIA’s experiments in brainwashing and mind control, and the whole country was a laboratory – it’s staggering.” ^{(14) The great mind-control campaign. The Nazi inspiration for the CIA Mind Control operations has recently been documented with the declassification of Project Paperclip. On page 9 of The Invisible Third World War report, it talks about “Zombifying America”:

“I think the great danger of the future is … that we will have robotized human beings who are not aware that they have been robotized.” ~ CIA-funded physiologist Dr. Jose Delgado, who has worked to perfect techniques enabling psychiatrists to control humans with radiowaves through electronic “transponders” implanted in the brain.

Dr. W. Ross Adey, was working on developing new techniques for controlling the human brain with exotic energies, after being given a prototype of the Soviet LIDA mind control device.

Pioneer biocyberneticist Dr. Craig Fields, at his Pentagon DARPA laboratories, masterminds the developments of new techniques which may soon create the first robotized army and electronically controlled human population.

From the early work in CIA’s cruder mind control forms, top ranking members of the AMA and APA, key figures of American psychiatry and medicine, have used massive public funds to create a national mind control network. Their own documents prove their ultimate goal — to robotize America.

Perhaps the greatest champion of Zombie America is one of the most respected figures in American Psychiatry — Dr. Louis Jolyon “Jolly” West. Beginning with brainwashing work for the Air Force, and MKULTRA work with CIA, West’s proposals included chemical castration, implantation of transponders in sexual organs and the brain, biological control of women’s menstrual cycles to control crime, and eventual replacement of the U.S. legal system with psychiatric control.

The CIA funded UCLA work to develop microwave broadcasting equipment which could carry human voices into a victim’s head for the purpose of inducing hypnosis at a distance, and another center tied to UCLA tried to develop a microwave “amnesia” bean, for the CIA as early as the 1950‘s.

Between 1978 – 1995, there was a CIA-Military project called Star Gate.

There’s a couple of movies inspired by this (The Men Who Stare at Goats was a book-movie about the people involved in the Stargate experiments (kill a goat with your mind), and the Netflix series Stranger Things (kill a cat with your mind, read enemy thoughts/locations) had scenes based on the experiments).

It was testing telekinetic abilities, psychic powers, remote viewing, and the ability to see through walls for the purpose of covert military applications.

One document, for instance, describes that project in detail. In paragraph 2 it says:

Since 1986, Congressional Committee action has authorized the Defense Intelligence Agency to pursue investigations into parapsychological phenomena. This action resulted from evidence of growing activity in paranormal research in the former Soviet Union and China, and from findings derived from DoD-sponsored exploratory research on this topic. The direction given in FY86 was for DIA to develop an operational capability in this area for the Intelligence Community.

It has pages that mention millions of dollars being invested in the project and on page 5 it mentions that the Star Gate project and the Armed Forces Medical Intelligence Center (AFMIC) are under the management of the DIA Directorate for Scientific and Technical Intelligence (DIA/DT).

The document describes the benefits of transferring the Star Gate project from Fort Meade to Fort Detrick, to provide a more secure environment for classified research.

An essay from the Office of Naval research gives us the key to escaping a Tyrannical Mind-Control System. It looks like it was written as a warning to engage vigilant critical thinking skills so that you don’t become susceptible to mind control and propaganda, but it seems like the “powers-that-be” used every single tactic described in this research as a baseline-playbook for killing societal critical thinking to ensure people DO get manipulated in this very way. Loads of tips to resisting mind-influence in this great old document (and is the best explanation I’ve seen so far of how some of us could see through it).

“Control is actually most effective when someone is subtly led to believe that he or she has “freely” chosen to act. Once we make the commitment, we generate our own justifications even when truly “uninformed” of the important details. Our choice of actions is only as reasonable as the information we have available to us; and reliable information can be methodically hidden or withheld.” (page 6)

“Resisting social influence becomes important when such influences can be appropriately thought of as “mind control.” When information is systematically hidden, withheld or distorted it is impossible to make unbiased decisions. Under these circumstances, people may be subtly led to believe they are “freely” choosing to act. The thesis of this essay is that “mind control” exists not in exotic gimmicks, but rather in the most mundane aspects of experience. Because it does, it is possible to reduce our susceptibility to unwanted coercive control by increasing our vigilance and learning to utilize certain basic strategies of analysis.” (Abstract)

“The more worried we are about being seen as ignorant, uncultured, untalented or boring, and the more ambiguous the events are that are to be evaluated, the more likely we are to take on the beliefs of those around us to avoid being rejected by them.”

“Those who occupy social roles that carry prestige and credibility in our eyes can work wonders with us. The most potent influences are eased around to us by our buddies or reputable “experts”–rather than by those who we think of as “enemies”.”

In 1981, Eldon Byrd who worked for Naval Surface Weapons, Office of Non-Lethal Weapons, was commissioned to develop electromagnetic devices for purposes including “riot control,” clandestine operations and hostage removal. In the context of a controversy over reproductive hazards to Video Display Terminal (VDT) operators, he wrote of alterations in brain function of animals exposed to low intensity fields. Offspring of exposed animals “exhibited a drastic degradation of intelligence later in life… couldn’t learn easy tasks… indicating a very definite and irreversible damage to the central nervous system of the fetus.” With VDT operators exposed to weak fields, there have been clusters of miscarriages and birth defects. Byrd was a Military researcher and speaker and an expert in nonlethal EMF weaponry and electromagnetic aspects of living bodies – on cells, tissues, thoughts and whole populations. He worked in acoustics, amplification and transduction. He published a paper on the telemetry of brain waves in the “Proceedings” of the International Telemetering Conference, 1972.

He participated in panels for USPA on scalar physics and biofields with Tom Bearden, Elizabeth Rauscher, Bob Beck and others. His story appears in J. Keith’s Secret and Suppressed. 1993 and Lobster Magazine (Britain) 1998-#34. You can download and listen to a rare 1.5hr recording of one of his lectures on Targeted Individuals, Mind Control, Voice to Skull technologies, and contains graphic content.

The electronic and medical engineer wrote the original human experimentation protocols for the Navy in 1981, and ‘wrote the book’ on ELF weapons. He also researched counteracting adverse electromagnetic fields with Qigong, and a near 8 Hz focused mind activity. Interactions of Weak Non-Linear Fields with Biological Processes (1984) and later he wrote on Scalar Physics.

By using very low frequency electromagnetic radiation–the waves way below radio frequencies on the electromagnetic spectrum–he found he could induce the brain to release behavior-regulating chemicals. “We could put animals into a stupor,” he says, by hitting them with these frequencies. “We got chick brains–in vitro–to dump 80 percent of the natural opioids in their brains,” Byrd says. He even ran a small project that used magnetic fields to cause certain brain cells in rats to release histamine.

In humans, this would cause instant flu-like symptoms and produce nausea. “These fields were extremely weak. They were undetectable,” says Byrd. “The effects were nonlethal and reversible. You could disable a person temporarily,” Byrd hypothesizes. “It [would have been] like a stun gun.”

In 1995, the annual meeting of four-star U.S. Air Force generals–called CORONA (you can’t make this up!)–reviewed more than 1,000 potential projects. One was called “Put the Enemy to Sleep/Keep the Enemy From Sleeping.” It called for exploring “acoustics,” “microwaves,” and “brain-wave manipulation” to alter sleep patterns. It was one of only three projects approved for initial investigation.

He presented a paper on dowsing and the psychic ability of plants at the “Mind Over Matter” conference at Penn State University, late January, 1977, organized by Ira Einhorn. Stocklin Patent US Patent #4,858,612

A method and apparatus for simulation of hearing in mammals by introduction of a plurality of microwaves into the region of the auditory cortex is shown and described. A microphone is used to transform sound signals into electrical signals which are in turn analyzed and processed to provide controls for generating a plurality of microwave signals at different frequencies. The multifrequency microwaves are then applied to the brain in the region of the auditory cortex. What is frightening is that words, transmitted via low density microwaves or radio frequencies, or by other covert methods, might be used to create influence. For instance, according to a 1984 U.S. House of Representatives report, a large number of stores throughout the country use high frequency transmitted words (above the range of human hearing) to discourage shoplifting. Stealing is reported to be reduced by as much as 80% in some cases. If industry uses undetectable audio transmissions to meet security concerns, it seems that the military and CIA would exploit the same technology and would have developed much more sophisticated technology for applications. The public’s conception of “subliminal” is naïve compared to capabilities.

Symptoms of Electronic Radiation Exposure

Symptoms may include but are not limited to: Headache, eye irritation, dizziness, nausea, skin rash, facial swelling, weakness, fatigue, pain in joints and/or muscles, buzzing/ringing in ears, skin numbness, abdominal pressure and pain, breathing difficulty, irregular heartbeat, sexual stimulation and hearing voices. Additional symptoms have been reported in some individuals such as paralysis, balance problems, body and/or muscle spasms, convulsions, confusion, depression, difficulty in concentrating, seizure, sleep disturbances, and memory difficulties.

Sound is induced in the head of a person by radiating the head with microwaves in the range of 100 megahertz to 10,000 megahertz that are modulated with a particular waveform. The waveform consists of frequency modulated bursts. Each burst is made up of ten to twenty uniformly spaced pulses grouped tightly together. The burst width is between 500 nanoseconds and 100 microseconds. The pulse width is in the range of 10 nanoseconds to 1 microsecond. The bursts are frequency modulated by the audio input to create the sensation of hearing in the person whose head is irradiated.

“I have discovered that a pulsed signal on a radio frequency carrier of about 1,000 megahertz (1000 MHz) is effective in creating intelligible signals inside the head of a person if this electromagnetic (EM) energy is projected through the air to the head of the person. Intelligible signals are applied to the carrier by microphone or other audio source and I cause the bursts to be frequency modulated. The bursts are composed of a group of pulses. In 1992, a patent was filed, which combined with the other patents listed within it, could stimulate the brain with EMF frequencies and sound waves to alter the subject‘s state of consciousness and induce emotional responses (e.g. fear, anger, sleep, etc.) for potential use on crowds. ^{(34) 1992.
