Cliff Notes by Peter Halligan

1. New fast tracked mRNA products for livestock raise concerns of equity for animal rights, considering no adverse events reporting system structure for animals currently exists.
2. As the reality of global vaccine passports draws nearer, is the “One Health Approach” really a “One Hell” power grab for all living beings and plants on earth, and will world domination of public health will now be sold to the public under the guise of “anti-colonialism”?
3. Covers forced vaccinations of experimental vaccines, compulsory passports for all international travel, but also discusses a few wider points.
4. Firstly, the US has already agreed to much of the contents of the International Health Agreement and Pandemic Treaty.
5. The World Health Assembly (the governing body of the WHO – who in turn is “owned” by the United Nations) meets next month. This time next year, the World Health Assembly will vote on all the agreed measures. Keep in mind that the WHO claims that it has received input from the public and has aired all its proceedings (links below the CHD splash page of four days of meetings).
6. The WHO regards the scope of public input as “do you want to kill your dog with a garotte, a bullet or a knife” – it wants to kill your dog and gives a false choice and zero public input. All the discussions are held by diplomats NOT pandemic experts or experts in the filed or the general public.
7. The documents compel the countries to contribute 5% of their national health budgets on pandemic preparedness. This will amount to hundreds of billions of dollars of compulsory spending – no discretion is allowed. Guess who makes out like bandits? Big pharma and organizations controlled by Bill Gates.
8. The WHO has complete control of supply chains for all the measures – digital ID’s, mandatory experimental injections, lock-downs, mask quality, quarantine areas, internment camps etc.
9. The US has agreed already to enforce compliance with all measures. Boots on the ground. I am sure that China, Russia, North Korea and Afghanistan are waiting with open arms.
10. One Health – place humans alongside the world environment  via bio-security requirements – domestic and wild animals, oceans and mountains – all of it. This is the attempt to control “animal reservoirs” of health risks – because all bad “stuff” comes from animals.
11. The Lancet floated One Health – ecological equity. One Health sustainably balance people, animals and eco systems. One Health is the foundational law governing existential threats which includes – ta da!! “CLIMATE CHANGE”.
12. Think the tall folk in the movie “Avatar” running the world.
13. Sustainable food systems – dietary habits controlled by the WHO – compulsory move to plant foods. (don’t forget that plants need lots of CO2!!).
14. One Health is an ecological call for health – humans are just one part – animals are equal – no doubt some are more equal than others.
15. mRNA vaccines are being fast-tracked in New South Wales, Australia.
16. LRIC is the body – Livestock Research Industry – in Ontario – September 2021 – vaccine development for livestock. Environmental Impact – bio security – disease treatment – vaccines less risk than treatment for anti microbial treatment. Livestock health is highly intertwined – called One Health.
17. The move to injecting genetically modified organisms into people and animals – on top of GMO crops like soy and rice already is moving apace. All under One Health.
18. You are what you eat. GMO’s into the entire food chain. Milk shake and burgers. Altering the DNA of people.
19. Just wait, there will be a huge demand for RT-PCR tests for all food products bought centrally (with RNA passports for all fish, fowl and beef, no doubt) – so growing your own food will become essential.
20. There is no adverse event reporting system for animals, fish or reptiles! Don’t forget the FDA bans individuals from trading meat – unless inspected and in conformance with injections approved by the FDA.
21. Cartels of meat packers and butchers control all – the FDA was created to represent these cartels.
