Here comes the One World Government (well, more of)
WHO International Treaty aims to put every single country into a legally binding international agreement for future pandemic management (aka pressing a button at any time they choose to declare an “emergency”, allowing for a global lockstep worse than what we saw with COVID).
“A convention, agreement or other international instrument that is legally binding under international law.”
Countries’ leaders are going to enter into an internationally binding legal agreement with The World Health Organisation, which finally signs away OUR RIGHTS to the globalists. You read that correctly. If this passes, the psychopaths in the World HOMICIDE Organization will be able to dictate all sorts of draconian measures under a global legal agreement that uses a declaration of global emergency as the cover to do what the hell they want.
The first meeting of the intergovernmental negotiating body on the signing of the International Pandemic Prevention and Preparedness Treaty, which will permanently deprive 194 member states of any decision-making and financial sovereignty in the area of health policy for the benefit of WHO (a private institution owned and sponsored by Bill Gates and BigPharma).
If the treaty is signed (and there is no reason to believe that it will not), from now on all decisions and regulations of WHO will be considered superior and binding on the member states, which will open the door to:
introducing total digital control over the global population (under the pretext of “healthcare”)
ruthlessly violating civil rights and eliminating any alternative methods of treatment inconsistent with WHO recommendations and the interests of its sponsors (under the pretext of “protecting the national interest in the area of bio-security”)
introducing unlimited censorship by removing any content inconsistent with the official WHO narrative (under the pretext of “fighting disinformation”)
discretionary imposition of sanctions on member states (in the form of, for example, gigantic financial penalties and repression in the area of international relations) for any deviations from the top-down WHO guidelines.
European Council gives green light to start negotiations on international pandemic treaty
On 3 March 2022, the European Council of the European Union adopted a decision to authorise the opening of negotiations for an international agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response.
The intergovernmental negotiating body, tasked with drafting and negotiating this international instrument, will hold its next meeting by 1 August 2022, to discuss progress on a working draft. It will then deliver a progress report to the 76th World Health Assembly in 2023, with the aim to adopt the instrument by 2024.
COVID-19 has revealed the importance of international cooperation to fight global threats to people’s health. This new international instrument is therefore essential to allow us to respond better in case another pandemic strikes. The international community needs to come together to ensure equitable access to vaccines and therapeutics, guarantee timely sharing of data and information and address the links between human, animal and environmental health.
A convention, agreement or other international instrument is legally binding under international law. An agreement on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response adopted under the World Health Organization (WHO) would enable countries around the globe to strengthen national, regional and global capacities and resilience to future pandemics.
Such an instrument would also:
ensure higher, sustained and long-term political engagement at the level of world leaders of states or governments
define clear processes and tasks
enhance long-term public and private-sector support at all levels
foster integration of health matters across all relevant policy areas

We need to create an environment where every scientist, health worker, and government can band together for a common cause. Working together to build new solutions to protect what is most precious – our health and our lives.
Explainer: How the World Health Organization might face future pandemics (Reuters)
“Negotiations on new rules for dealing with pandemics will begin at the World Health Organization on Thursday, with a target date of May 2024 for a treaty to be adopted by the U.N. health agency’s 194 member countries.
The WHO already has binding rules known as the International Health Regulations (2005) which set out countries’ obligations where public health events have the potential to cross borders. These include advising the WHO immediately of a health emergency and measures on trade and travel.
Adopted after the 2002/3 SARS outbreak, these regulations are still seen as functional for regional epidemics like Ebola but inadequate for a global pandemic.
Because its legal nature remains to be defined, in WHO jargon the pact is an “instrument”, of which there are three types — recommendations, regulations and conventions. Of those, regulations are automatically legally binding for members unless they explicitly object.“
Astrid Stuckleberger (former World Health Organization and Whistleblower) has spoken up a couple of times.
Astrid Stuckelberger (MSc PhD PD) is an international health scientist, UN/WHO expert. She performed research from clinical to epidemiological studies for the policy-makers (United Nations, European Commission, Governments and served on IHR WHO and ERC (Int. Research Ethics Committee) during the last 30 years. She taught at the Faculty of Medicine at various Uni’s in CH.
In this short video clip, Dr. Stuckelberger alerts us all to a new global accord the WHO is planning to implement to its constitution. The new treaty or other international instrument for pandemic preparedness and response if adopted by member states means that the WHO’s constitution will take precedence over each country’s constitution during natural disasters or pandemics. In other words, the WHO will be dictating not just recommending. This would be a significant step towards the establishment of the One World Governance. Watch the full session here
Around the 14:00 minute mark she recommends that people around the world write to their Ministry of Health, PM (or President), WHO director, and UN S-G saying we don’t consent to the treaty that Articles 19-21 of the WHO constitution gives it power to impose – namely to implement changes to empower the WHO to override national laws in cases of crises and/or pandemics.
And here’s a new one this week:
Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger: Unpacking the Issues Around the WHO Pandemic Treaty
Smart Health Cards / Vaccine Passports (Digital ID Social Credit System)
Covid might be dying, but vaccine passports are still very much alive.
This week, while the eyes of the world are fixed on Ukraine and the next wave of propaganda, the World Health Organization is launching an initiative to create a “trust network” on vaccination and international travel.
According to a report in Politico published last week:
WHO making moves on international vaccine ‘passport’
The article quotes Brian Anderson, co-founder of the Vaccination Credential Initiative, which describes itself as:
“a voluntary coalition of public and private organizations committed to empowering individuals with access to verifiable clinical information including a trustworthy and verifiable copy of their vaccination records in digital or paper form using open, interoperable standards”.
They are, to take the PR agency sheen off this phrase, a corporate government joint project researching and promoting digital medical identification papers.
In short, vaccine passports.
SMART Health Cards are run by VCI, which was created by the MITRE Corporation, which is funded by the United States government.
If you give SMART access to your medical records, you’d better believe the US government and its agencies will get their hands on them. They might not have their own database, but they would have access to MITRE’s database when and if they needed or wanted it.
And so would Apple, Amazon, Google and Microsoft.
That’s how private-public partnerships work. Symbiosis.
Corporate giants serve as fronts for government programs and, in return, they get a big cut of the profits, bailouts if they’re needed, and regulatory “reforms” that cripple their smaller competitors.
We’ve seen this social media already.
Quasi-monopolies like Facebook and Twitter harvest data for the government and censor anyone they are told to, then they are rewarded with “regulation” that barely hurts them whilst targeting smaller companies such as Gab, Parler or Telegram.
The Smart Health Cards clearly fall into this model.
Microsoft, Google et al. take government money to help create the tech, they then run the program, harvest and store the data, and make it available to the government when they want it.
This allows the federal government “truthfully” claim to not be implementing a federal passport system, OR keeping a vaccination database, all the while they are sub-contracting tech giants to do it for them.
This system of backdoor government surveillance via corporate veneer is already spreading across the US, and it looks like it will play some part in any future “pandemic treaty” too.
United Nations ‘treaty backdoor trojan horses’ has completely destroyed Australia. I don’t even know where to start as to what to link you to if you don’t already know this. Perhaps a tag search of the “lima declaration” to begin with, or maybe the United Nations Agenda 2030 post.
