Great source of carotenes, zeaxanthins, lutein, vitamins A, C & K. (longevity). Phytonutrients (prevent/slow progress of cancers of the gastrointestinal tract). Sulphur (anti-fungal, anti-bacterial). Elemental minerals like iron, manganese, copper, etc. (improves immunity).

Bad: Can be toxic in large quantities
