Simulation Hypothesis

Bashar doesn’t give health advice anymore but these are a few transmissions he did that do contain health advice as well as the reasons why he doesn’t do it anymore which I thought some people might be looking for.
Bashar explains parallel realities in where there is a version of you that has never started smoking, pretty interesting perspective.
Something a bit different. I scoured the Bashar Facebook group trying to find what Bashar said about Autism because I couldn’t find it in a Google search or on his website, and there were a few different ideas from both “what people remember Bashar saying” and their own opinions on Autism that I thought I’d note down and place here.
Honestly, creating your own reality stuff like this is partly responsible for sending me into psychosis a few years ago. I honestly thought I was creating everything but maybe took the belief to a whole new level (I knew that I was messing with my mind for the sake of experimenting on behalf of humanity though – so maybe I was missing something by deliberately disregarding my internal warning system), but anyway, here’s some more of Bashar ‘follow your excitement to be aligned with your soul’ stuff:
Found a whole bunch of Bashar files on Archive.org so currently listening to them as a break from my Autism research. Here is one explaining the idea that everything already exists and we just ‘tune-in’ to the perception of whatever we want to explore that is resonate to the theme we came here to explore (or something like along those lines…)
Anything that you experience internally is YOUR energy – noone else’s. It cannot be any other way. YOU have YOUR energy and everything that you experience in your life is your energy – is happening in YOUR energy.
Rare interview of Bashar in 1987
Boring for you guys, but crucial for myself to find out where I’m at to talk through it.
Overlays are the illusion our minds create when we are in a situation that we don’t know whether we can handle, that we believe will be easier to deal with.
