Veggie Burger Week [Food Diary Apr 14]
I don’t know.. I’m really uninspired to do food diaries right now.. just still attempting to declutter my belongings and sell/giveaway my stuff so that I can move to the Sunshine Coast asap. I don’t really care what I’m eating at the moment. I guess it’s also the weather change, it’s cold now, I am drinking more coffee’s, and I’m inspired to get out of this city. I bought 5 fresh veggie burgers today, so I’m predicting this will be a mostly “veggie burger” week, quick and easy. Plus smoothies. Plus detoxing my body and detoxing my crap.
I love my nephews so much, and my sister, and I don’t want to leave them. I wish I could take them with me. So although 100% of me wants to go to the Sunshine Coast immediately, 100% of me also wants to “take them with me”. I don’t know how I will go without them in my life, I feel so much love for them and from them. I just hope that once I move, they are immediately inspired to move too :)
Monday 14th Apr 2014
Today my nephew Zane kept making me presents to “make me happy”, so cute, so heart-warming. So many hugs! I got lots of rainbows, and a sun for my wall, and some awesome creative little “popup boxes” type things, with portraits of me and love hearts and my name. So sweet. Thank you so much Zaney, you are my light.
- Breakfast: Coffee & a scone (sister made scones, and warm scones – too irresistible to pass up!)
- Lunch: Green Smoothie (Kale, Grapes, Coconut Oil, Moringa, Cacao, Chia Seeds, Celery, Cucumber, Banana, Water)
- Another coffee or two at some stage
- Hmm, I should probably think about dinner, but I can’t be stuffed :) It’s 8:30pm, and I’m not particular motivated to do much of anything right now.
- 2 x Activated Charcoal capsules (after reading this post)
- 10pm Dinner: Quick Veggie Burger with some Rocket.. really should’ve opted to sleep instead but oh well
Tuesday 15th Apr 2014
Work starts at 8:30am so premade a Smoothie Mon night for the peak-hour-traffic road-trip. Ugh. I’d love to look forward to work days, but somehow, these early-morning ones during week-days… my car being the biggest ‘anxiety’ problem, it just doesn’t like busy-morning-traffic, it likes to have the road to itself, with noone close-behind, “just in case” heh. Anyways, I’m just glad these particular workdays are uncommon also “end” just as soon as they begin, going home at 1:30pm is a blessing for these early morning starts.
- Breakfast Smoothie: Strawberries, Grapes, 1/2 Banana, Celery, Chia Seeds, Moringa, Cacao, MSM, Vitamin C, Coconut Oil, Shredded Coconut, Cucumber, Water
- 2 Min Lunch: 2 Potato Cakes
- 1 Medium Latte
- 1 x Coffee
- 6 Min Dinner: Veggie Burger, Steamed Cabbage with Butter, Broccoli, Carrots, and Mashed Cauliflower with Nutritional Yeast, Himilayan Salt, Turmeric, Butter and Pepper

Cleaned the bathroom and all my bathroom like stuff.. spent most of the day drinking coffee and snacking on chocolate until I was sick :)
- Breakfast: Coffees and 1 Block of Fruit & Nut Chocolate

Friday 18th Apr 2014
Sadly, I woke up with respiratory issues in the middle of the night. So I suspect the pasta dish, so I’ll have to throw my leftovers out. I’m glad that my body can let me know within a few hours of what it is not the right thing to eat. So either the Pasta, the “canned beans” or “canned tomatoes” that I used. Nothing else is new on the menu, although I don’t have sushi very often, symptoms ‘should’ve’ showed up much earlier in the day if it was that. So definitely going to continue to stay away from processed food.. pantry food. Because after eating this dish, I felt like I was dying again.
