“apparently” contain all essential amino acids, have the highest concentration of protein of any fruit, high in vitamin C, beta-carotine for skin health, contain more carotenoids than any other food, have 21 trace minerals, and are high in fiber (15x more iron than spinach), as well as calcium, zinc, selenium and many other trace minerals.
