This week is focusing on “scanning for & acknowledging only the positive choices & experiences” in order to continue the momentum and deliberate training the sub-conscious mind to focus on the things I am doing right for my mind, body & soul.
No flour, eggs, sugar, oats, etc. Just healthy bananas, dates, coconut oil and walnuts… to me, this is such a tasty “grab n go” snack.. if I could only stop eating them long enough to keep some for later..
Looking worse for wear lately.. if I were to diagnose by my face lines.. my kidney’s need some help. This week is all about researching how to improve the fatigue lines under my eyes and on kidney health in general.
