New challenge for this week, figure out more healthy ideas on what to eat when you want to "grab and go" ...

No flour, eggs, sugar, oats, etc. Just healthy bananas, dates, coconut oil and walnuts... to me, this is such a tasty "grab n go" snack.. if I could only stop eating them long enough to keep some for later..

On a tight budget for the next few days, so making this red lentil & sweet potato soup out of my leftover groceries :)
