Self-Sabotage Week? [Food Diary Mar 11]

My liver cleansing/colon cleansing package arrived from the USA this afternoon – yay! So I guess I need to think about when I’m going to do it and what I need to prepare. I still need to purchase a couple of items locally which I’ll do tomorrow. This week would’ve been the perfect week  for fasting & liver cleansing actually because so far it looks like I don’t have any work hours until Saturday, however I’m not fully prepared this week because I had already gone grocery shopping this morning before the postie arrived, so there’s a few ingredients missing from the ‘diet’ that goes along with it, and some stuff I have to order online for and they might take a week to get here too.

  • Listening to 2+ hr Podcast (Extreme Health Radio Ep #210 – Dr. Richard Massey – The Tumors & The Heart Attacks Are The Body’s Way Of Healing) – awesome, is on par with my thoughts about disease being our bodies method of healing, and also learnt about a device called the EMwave that allows you to physically ‘see’ when your subconscious is conflicting with your conscious words – definitely have to save up for one of those devices – I can’t wait to get to the root cause of my issues and using that knowledge to do some heavy healing!

  • Listening to more Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len videos
  • Reading online courses & books
  • Dying my hair grey (yeah – grey was not exactly the intended colour but it is what it is lol.. it’s a silver/grey/mouse colour, all in one.. I’ll try and fix it sometime this week with hydrogen peroxide to try and break-up the colour a bit)
  • Dinner & family time
  • Browsing Amazon for books on The Healing Code and The Energy Code, sent quite a few book samples to my Android

  • Reading a little more A Course in Miracles
  • Taking notes from a journal paper which went through different studies about how to heal childhood trauma (link to come as it’s on the outside laptop)
  • Now, writing this post, collating yesterday’s notes on Ho?oponopono (Mental Cleansing, Forgiveness, Correction & Restoration), and listening to Mind Silence guided meditation to remove negative blocks on YouTube.
  • Next, will continue to finish reading the Quantum Touch book I bought, then will scour the previews I downloaded from Amazon to see what book I will purchase tomorrow.

    (normally my editpad program saves ‘unsaved’ text documents automatically when I shut down the computer, but I must’ve interrupted something and it didn’t do it this last restart.. d’oh.. should’ve saved them but I loved the fact that this program was automatically re-opening all my ‘thoughts’ exactly where I was at each time I started the computer, without having to remember where I save each of them to), oh well, what’s done is done, never-mind. :)

  • Lunch (attempting “KFC Tempeh”, but rather than tasting like KFC that I was craving for, it ended up tasting like a delicious “beef/oregano/basil” like flavour.. still yummy, and at least healthy, and tempeh is probably the perfect dish to have since Ive been doing this colon cleanse, but I still crave that KFC flavour.

  • Couldn’t sleep last night, despite listening to 2 x meditations that’s supposed to help with ‘deep sleep’.. just wasn’t happening for me
  • Woke up really early this morning because I had to be at work by 8:30 (and work is a 40min drive away depending on traffic)
  • Got to work and found out an hour into my shift that I’m not rostered on.. arrghhh.. so worked 3 hours and then went home.
  • Lucky cos I didn’t feel like doing anything today.. an hour later, found myself in bed, slept for another 3.5 hours, dreaming of Indigo stuff actually.. and could’ve stayed there, except I have to work tomorrow morning and so didn’t want to have the same problem sleeping as last night

  • Dinner (left-over Fried Rice from the in-laws), added Tuna, Broccoli & Seaweed
  • ExtremeHealthRadio forum again
  • Now updating this post, and then will climb into bed with my tablet until I sleep
  • Really feel like crap today.. probably half to do with the food yesterday (spag bol is not exactly a health food), my lack of nutrients today, lack of sleep, etc. hopefully get a good night’s sleep tonight to nip it in the bud.

So much for being “accountable” by having a food diary, what is “up” with me this week.. I’m supposed to be preparing for a liver cleanse.. supposed to be eating clean.. and I’m eating “junk” at dinner each night. I either need to hurry and move to a place without temptation, or need to start cracking down on myself which is not what I want to do .. I’m trying to ‘live free’ but I am noticeably worse in energy levels since doing this.. I just got to be aware of that and continue choosing ‘health’ and realizing what affects these poor choices are doing to my body.
