The Good: Promotes brain health. High in protein, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA – parent essential oil – Omega-3), lecithin & these vitamins & minerals: Vitamin B6, folate, thiamine, vitamin E (tocopherol), manganese, magnesium, phosphorus & iron.
The Bad: Can cause Kidney stones.
Recommendation: 1-2 walnuts per day.
