Monday 19th May 2014

Home for most of the day until I just *Had* to leave, so I took a trip to the city, arrived 3 hours early and to fill in time while waiting for the meetup.. I ate. Lesson for the day… ummm.. I have no rules for when I’m “out”.. I could’ve chosen healthier options but I didn’t really care last night for some reason.   • Foodcourt $5 Special – Beef & BlackBean with Singapore Noodles
  • Grande Latte at Starbucks I think
  • Jim Beam & Coke can.. woah, it’s been years since I drank, and it still didn’t make the conversation any better.. at the meetup I went to. Not only did it not do anything for me, I couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that I had just consumed a can full of poison – for nothing.

Lazy day at home, probably still digesting the crap from yesterday… even had a “2nd sleep” about 3 hours after I woke up. Really dumb combination for breakfast. Shouldve had “banana” pancakes instead of Sweet Potato Pancakes. Tasted good but it’s a dumb food combination choice, and not something I would normally do (and don’t recommend). Fresh Juice Carrot Apple Lemon GIngertacos Looking worse for wear lately.. if I were to diagnose by my face lines.. my kidney’s need some help, so I need to ramp up the sleep thing and the hydration – definitely not been having enough water lately and I think that’s the reason I look like a hospital patient. But basically – for past 2 days, the comments from ‘every’ random acquaintance conversations have been “you look sick, you look tired, you look different”… and I agree, looking in the mirror, I’m not exactly radiating ‘health’. I feel fine though but I haven’t been having enough sleep, I’ve not been eating the best, and I’m most likely pretty dehydrated.

Sunday 25th May 2014

Yesterday was an abnormal day. Got up at 6am, went to work, arrived 1 hour early. Had McDonalds for breakfast. Worked, had 1 juice at break and another after work. Raced home because everyone was waiting for me so that we can drive to Ballarat to visit my dad. On the drive, my sis called into McDonalds because we weren’t sure if they would be providing anything because we were just going to be there in the afternoon, so had McDonalds “again”. Arrived at dads, he had slices and lollies etc. I indulged on the slices, then they served soup and quiche and sponge cake.. arrgh lol, I was already full. I had some soup because it was already served, but went outside when they were serving the quiche. Then came back inside and everyone was at the table for sponge cake and fruit and caramel arrgh. So I had some sponge cake. Upon leaving we got our “easter” eggs. When I got home, I opened it up and had some of that too. Really an idiot I am lol. Anyway, finding it difficult to breathe today, slept way too many hours last night so obviously the body was fighting off all that crap food. Do not feel 100% today but will try and do my best to eat better, but I am out of real food right now so I might have to have one last splurge before work and then do some decent shopping after work.
