Monday 19th May 2014

- 1/2 Bottle Seaweed
- Green Smoothie
- Snacked on random nuts throughout morning (Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, Almonds, Dates)
- Chicken Tender, Broccoli, Pumpkin, Rocket, and Mixed Baby Leaves
- Foodcourt $5 Special – Beef & BlackBean with Singapore Noodles
- Grande Latte at Starbucks I think
- Jim Beam & Coke can.. woah, it’s been years since I drank, and it still didn’t make the conversation any better.. at the meetup I went to. Not only did it not do anything for me, I couldn’t stop thinking about the fact that I had just consumed a can full of poison – for nothing.

- Sweet Potato Pancakes (2 Eggs, Chia Seeds, Maca Powder, Hemp Seeds, Citric Acid, Baking Soda, Turmeric, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, Pepper, Himilayan Salt, Sweet Potato, and Coconut Oil) * Definitely would not put Maca in this again.

- 30 min Veggie Soup x 2.5 Big Bowls (Spring Onions, Crushed Garlic, Veggie Stock (Massel + Homemade from peels), Broccoli, Carrots, Pumpkin, Chat Potatos, Cauliflower, Celery, Miso, Himilayan Salt, Nutmeg) – still have a couple of bowls left for tomorrow too.. yum!

- In-laws left some pasta, and the smell filled the house.. I couldn’t resist and had a small bowl with Nutritional Yeast
