Terrible food choices this month… pasta and noodles and mayonnaise and nachos… hopefully posting this and keeping accountable will help me make better choices…
No flour, eggs, sugar, oats, etc. Just healthy bananas, dates, coconut oil and walnuts… to me, this is such a tasty “grab n go” snack.. if I could only stop eating them long enough to keep some for later..
On a tight budget for the next few days, so making this red lentil & sweet potato soup out of my leftover groceries :)
Delicious, very quick & easy to make with 2 main ingredients (plus spices).. sweet potato pancakes, all you need is a sweet potato and some eggs… try this tonight!
No real “plan” for this week, except I want to have a smoothie everyday. So let’s see how I go.
