Alright, I’m 38 now. Preparation for a year of cleansing. The next couple of weeks will be preparation time.
It’s my birthday! Chosen where I’ll be eating on that day.. mmm. and will spend the rest of the week attempting to be good in preparation for a long-awaited feast :)

After discovering knee and leg pain in last week’s food diary, this week’s focus is incorporating more Joint Health foods into my regime.
