Radio Frequencies that target Fear (Fight or Flight)

I’m listening to Forbidden Science 6: Scattered Castles, The Journals of Jacques Vallee 2010-2019 on Audible when I drive sometimes (when I’m not listening to music). I was only half-listening while waiting for new tyres to be fitted, when something caught my ear: (01)

Thursday 14th July 2011 – A long conversation with Dr. Kit Green at his request. He wanted to alert me that I may be contacted soon for another phase of research. He’d found 8 people who had been sick at the ranch, the disease extending to their families. This now recognized the phenomena can be harmful. (02)

We also spoke of interference. (03)

  • Communication 1 kilometre away by radiofrequency into the auditory cortex of humans, was operationalized at Los Alamos as early as 1978.
  • In another study, RF has been used for instilling fear and hallucinations at the air force labs, since 1975!
  • Finally, specific targeting to the hippocampus and amygdala for fear experiments existed at least 15 years ago.

I thought I should probably do a blog post on this phenomena to at least get the word on the street that this might be a weapon being used against us, so that if you feel “fear” that feels “artificial” (why have I suddenly got wave of anxiety or doom?) like you can’t figure out why you feel a particular way suddenly, it might be caused by RF or other frequencies – intentional weapon or unintentional side-effect (via the towers, our own routers or phones, or other methods), and at least, if we know this could be a possibility, it may help alleviate the fear and not have as much as an effect or give us something to try? Well, that’s my hope – the knowledge of it’s existence means it will have less power over us.

Or maybe we can develop our own counter-shield.

It reminds me of COVID-lala-land when everyone suddenly went “insane” because of the TV (not anything they were witnessing in their direct reality), like something was “activating them” into a fear frequency and rational thinking went out the window.

Who the hell knows right? Maybe there’s something they did that was “invisible” to cause mass hysteria? I was even skeptical of CERN coming into Australia at the time; who knows what they really do/what those technical experiments really do. (04)

Plus, it’s not lost on me that they used the term “SARS-CoV-2”, when SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) measures the rate at which radiofrequency (RF) electromagnetic energy is absorbed by body tissue. Just another “coincidence” that may be intentional or unintentional. (05)

It could still be mass hysteria from the propaganda online, the idiot box, “fake-checkers” and other media, the mass-censorship, or from “big store” 24/7 fear-mongering, but what if it was induced electronically? Nothing is off the table.

In this journal entry, Jacques Vallée reflects on his work with Bigelow Aerospace and the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP). Neither of which I’d ever heard of prior to listening to this book, but that’s because I don’t really follow the Aerospace sphere. (06) (07) (08)

And he is talking to Dr. Christopher “Kit” Green who sits right at the intersection of the CIA, advanced medical science, and UAP research.

Kit was commissioned by the Defense Intelligence Agency under the AAWSAP program, to analyze medical files of individuals reporting close encounters with aerospace-related events and ultrahigh radiofrequency.

  • His study also did an extensive review of the medical literature and unpublished similar cases where fields were measured or emitters were known of mixed exposures from 1-10Ghz (exposure to high-powered electromagnetic radiation):
    • These included almost immediate erythema (heat and redness) over exposed [to the presumed source of an electromagnetic radiation] skin, and varying degrees of the following as a function of their body-surface exposure times:
      • fever, pain, headaches, numbness and parasthesiae, malaise, diarrhea, loss of hair and alopecia, skin eruptions/boils, cardiac palpitations, beginnings of what were to become chronic headaches and symptoms of insomnia and other sleep and dream disturbances, moderate to occasional severe anxiety and insomnia.
      • Photophobia (extreme sensitivity to light), dry and scratchy-stinging eyes, and extreme inflamed blood-shot sclerae (whites of the eyes) with soft tissue swelling of the eyelids.
      • Moderate blood dyscrasia and signs of radiation illness, and over several years developed signs of malignant transformations.
    • Extensive, but controversial investigations revealed they had been subjected to an accidental exposure in the near-field [meters] to a broad-band ultrahigh radiofrequency mixed radiation of RF (radio frequency), NIEMR (non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation) & microwave energies including non-specific and un-measured induced ionizing effects, probably mixed UVA, UVB and UVC (Ultra Violet A, B, C) centered at about 785 MHz.
    • The emergent findings are that in nearly all cases in which exposures are of the order of minutes or longer, including visible indications at distances of 10 meters, similar acute effects are observed. In order of their positive and negative clinical presentation the signs and symptoms include:
      • Warming/prickly sensation over exposed glabrous skin (Glabrous skin is the smooth, hairless skin found on specific parts of the human body – the bald/smooth parts – i.e. palm of hands, soles of feet, lips/eyelids of face, bald parts of genitals)
      • Sensation of burning, no itching or small myelenation injury (nerve insulation damage)
      • Erythema, which progresses top 2nd-degree burns in 72 hours (red, inflamed skin, painful itchy rashes, lesions)
      • Headache, temporal: effect lasting three weeks
      • Dizziness/vertigo, often with nausea/vomiting at 24-72 hours
      • Cardiac palpitations at 48-72 hours
      • Neurasthenia (chronic mental and physical fatigue) and peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage outside the brain/spine) absent fasciculation (visible muscle twitching)
      • Absent evidence of neuromuscular small fiber disease (no signs of damage to tiny nerves that sense pain and temperature)
      • Absent evidence of alpha-motor neuron involvement (no damage to the nerves that tell muscles to move)
      • Malaise and low-grade fever, emotional liability (fatigue, lack of motivation, body aches, irritability, loss of appetite…)
      • Severe anxiety with high exposure over 10 or greater minutes
      • Corneal abrasion due to deoxygenating, “gritty eye syndrome”
      • Scleral inflammation and iriditiis, photophobia (severe swelling of the whites and coloured part of the eye with extreme light sensitivity)
      • Beau’s lines on fingernails (horizontal dents caused by past illness or injury)
      • Absent serum enzymes and CBC findings (normal blood work for organs and immune cells)
      • 30-60 day subacute persistent sleep disorder, dysphagia (two months of ongoing sleep issues and trouble swallowing)
      • Parasthesiae (“Pins and Needles”) (can last up to 3 years, and thus become chronic)

Defense FOIA RF damage

(Makes me wonder if the UFO phenomena is a “cover” for radiofrequency weaponry studies? *shrugs* – ignore me and my suspicious, skeptical mind…)

Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) was discussing specific, documented cases and data that BAASS was investigating as part of the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP).

  • Directed Energy/RF Effects: Radio Frequency (RF) emissions that appeared to directly stimulate the brain’s amygdala, the region responsible for the “fight or flight” response.
  • The “Fear” Response: Witnesses often reported an overwhelming, irrational sense of dread or terror that felt “projected” or “artificial” rather than a natural reaction to seeing something strange.
  • Dr. Kit Green’s Medical Studies: Looked at “human injury” cases where RF or microwave radiation from the objects caused cellular damage, neurological issues, and profound emotional shifts in witnesses.

A system capable of manipulating human consciousness and biology directly through electromagnetic means.

Current scientific research into radio frequency (RF) emissions and fear responses is primarily focused on non-thermal effects that may trigger anxiety-like behaviours or “fight or flight” states by influencing brain regions like the amygdala and hippocampus. 

I’ve already gathered a lot of research since the beginning of COVID about Mind Control, Graphene, ELF/EMF Frequencies, 5G, Geo-Engineering, vaccines, etc. and so I don’t want to re-invent the wheel (or waste another few weeks looking up the same studies, especially as I have no idea if there’s anyone who ever visits this website anymore lol), so rather than go on a new search, I’ll list some of the “fear” based studies and sources that relate to “frequency” studies here, but you’ll have to browse the whole site and do your own research to find up-to-date studies:

  1. In 1956, the book Rape of the Mind explains how scientific brainwashing is done and argues that “hardly anyone can resist such.” “Fear, and continual pressure are known to create a menticidal hypnosis. The conscious part of the personality no longer takes part in the automatic confessions. The brainwashee lives in a trance, repeating the record grooved into him by somebody else.” The same author, a psychologist wrote DELUSION and MASS DELUSION which attempts to explain the mechanisms within the mind that allow for such manipulation. (10) (11)
  2. In 1968, CIA/DoD and President Johnson’s and Nixon’s Science Adviser, Dr. Gordon J.F. MacDonald wrote a book Unless Peace Comes – A Scientific Forecast of New Weapons, describing how man-made changes in the electrical earth-ionosphere can be used for mass behavior control. (12) (13)
  3. In 1970, Zbigniew Brzezinski, founding director of Rockefellers‘ Trilateral Commission and President Carter’s National Security Director predicted “Electromagnetic psychotronic weapons for mass behaviour control“. (14) (15)
  4. In 1976, US3951134A patent was filed titled “Apparatus and Method for Remotely Monitoring and Altering Brain Waves” which uses electromagnetic signals of different frequencies that are simultaneously transmitted to the brain which is then re-transmitted by the brain to the receiver, and displayed on a computer for viewing, processing and analysis. The demodulated waveform can also be used to transmit a signal back to the brain to effect a desired change in electrical activity. (16)
  5. In 1978, Walter Bowart published a book called “Operation Mind Control” on the CIA’s MK Ultra program, & in 1990, Bowart & Richard Sutton published a report called “The Invisible Third World War” on the subject of the CIA and DARPA’s involvement in further dangerous and often life-threatening human experimentation on unwitting citizens from chemical & biological warfare, herbicide, secret plagues, microbiological holocausts, the CIA-Nazi connection (PROJECT PAPERCLIP), institutional psychiatry, electromagnetic mind control, radio signals that affect human health, weather manipulation, mind control police tactics, and turning humans into “robotized zombies“.   6. In 1981, Eldon Byrd who worked for Naval Surface Weapons, Office of Non-Lethal Weapons, was commissioned to develop electromagnetic devices for purposes including “riot control,” clandestine operations and hostage removal.
  7. In 1983, a Stocklin Patent was filed to simulate hearing in mammals using microwave frequencies. (25)
  8. In 1984, according to a US House of Representatives report, a large number of stores throughout the country use high frequency transmitted words (above the range of human hearing) to discourage shoplifting. (26)
  9. In 1985, CNN did a piece on Electromagnetic Mind Control weapons with CIA scientists. (27)
  10. In 1988, there was a “hearing system patent” filed, in which high frequency electromagnetic energy is projected through the air to the head of a human being and the electromagnetic energy is modulated to create signals that can be discerned by the human being regardless of the hearing ability of the person. (28)
  11. In 1992, a patent was filed, which combined with the other patents listed within it, could stimulate the brain with EMF frequencies and sound waves to alter the subject‘s state of consciousness and induce emotional responses (e.g. fear, anger, sleep, etc.) for potential use on crowds. (29)
  12. In 1993, Russia collaborated with the US “in the spirit of improved US-Russian relations” to share their mind-control technology called acoustic psycho-correction, that had the capability to “control minds, and alter behaviour of civilians and soldiers, and disable opposing troops” – a technology they were perfecting since being developed in the 1970s. According to a Defence News article dated Jan 11-17, 1993 in the CIA database. (30)
  13. In 1993, there was a big conference at John Hopkins University organized by the Los Alamos National Laboratory, with the support of the American Defense Preparedness Association.
    • The entire conference was classified but the agenda listed: Weapons using extremely low radiofrequencies or ELFs, Acoustic Technology, and Application of ELF fields to non-lethal weapons. (31)
      • This conference was in November, and yet in April that same year, the EPA convened to look at setting safety standards for the dangerous effects of continuous wave and pulse- and ELF-modulated exposure and radio frequencies, showing a decrease in lifespan in mice, and in humans: changes in memory, an increased risk of Hodgkins disease, and an increase in cancer, cirrhosis, leukemia, hematolymphoma, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and tumors.
  14. In 2000, a patent was filed that could manipulate the nervous system via resonance frequency and cause relaxation, drowsiness, sexual excitement, slowing of cortical processes, or disorientation. The apparatus could be used by law enforcement in standoff situations to cause drowsiness & disorientation in targeted subjects. (32)
  15. In 2000, a patent was filed to enable monitored brain activity to be transmitted remotely by satellite, compared with pre-recorded brain activities, and if a match is found, then the computer determines that the individual was attempting to communicate the word, phrase, or thought corresponding to the matched signal.   16. In 2002, a patent was filed “Method and Device for Producing a Desired Brain State” directed to the continuous real-time alteration of the brain State from a less desirable to a more desirable State through the use of multiple magnetic fields and a System monitoring the effect of the fields. (35)
  17. In 2003, a patent was filed that uses “weak electromagnetic fields, to pulse with specific frequencies through a tv or computer monitor to manipulate the nervous system of the subject”. (36)
  18. In 2004, the US Army had a “voice to skull devices” definition on their internal thesaurus, which they removed from their site in 2008 (38)
  19. In 2005, they had “Lightning guns, heat rays, and weapons that can “make you hear the voice of God.” (39)
  20. In 2006, the US Army responded to a Freedom of Information request pertaining to the microwave auditory effect, microwave hearing effect, Frey effect, artificial telepathy, and/or any device/weapon which uses and./or cause such effect; and any covert or undisclosed use of hypnosis, to which they declassified the information and included a report in the response that “no reason has been identified to suggest that anyone would be immune to this technology“.(40)
  21. From 2012-2019, Dr Robert Duncan – former DARPA / Department of Defence scientist, (neural & artificial intelligence) excitedly lectured “The Ethics of Neuroweapons and Neuro-Technologies”, which goes through the various Neuro-Technologies – advances that are being worked on, that he was looking forward to the benefits to humanity (The Empathy Machine, interfacing in the hive-minds at the speed of thought, behaviour & mood modification using electroceuticals, and Matrix-like accelerated education; cloning skills & education, “correcting” prisoners, and renting dreams and experiences).
    • He was also excited about neurobionics & neuro-robotics, brain to computer interfacing, mood alterations, hive minds and neurocommunication, brain-nets, & creating a meta-cortex for more intelligence.
    • He also presented on the Dark-side: political control over the minds of society and armies via electronic control of the brain.
      • Voice of God technology, Long Range Acoustic Delivery (LRAD) crowd-control sonic weapons, tech that can send a message to the ear of a person without anyone else being able to hear it.
      • Holographic brain patterning via ultrasound to change the synaptic connections to alter brain patterns.
      • Radio/Microwave hearing effect (Frey) a no-touch torture device already used by CIA & CCP. We can kill you while you’re sleeping or fry your brain or internal organs, increase cancer, damage the DNA, and sensitize the target, unlock certain DNA strands using certain radiofrequencies, which can include cancer-causing ones.
      • Alter the body to re-uptake of ionic ions such as sodium, potassium, and calcium, etc.
      • Can use a cold virus to give a viral infection to all of humanity, and make them susceptible to whatever frequency we want their brains to be susceptible to.
      • Using neural dust (tiny microchips), which is so small you can inhale or ingest them, that help amplify neural-signals.
      • Magneto-nanoparticles – can be amplified to make them more susceptible to magnetic signals.
      • Audio-cortex hacking, Advanced CIA interrogation and counter intelligence methods, brainwashing techniques, advanced neuro-combinations with AI, and advanced NLP to hack the more advanced minds.
      • Modernized MK-Ultra Research (Neurohacking). Brain-Nome, Brain Project, Cognitive Models = all about controlling the humans. Thought-police.
      • Military and Intelligence gathering – stealing passwords from the mind, dream programming and interrogation, getting building layouts and security systems, getting their contacts and networks for counter intelligence, mentally disabling and demoralizing the enemy, altering cognitive decision in real time, manipulating subliminally leaders of other countries.
      • Forced speech. Create heart attacks and strokes.
      • S.A.T.A.N., T.A.M.I (DARPA), RHIC, A.L.I.C.E. (MIT) and other chatterbots can cause the complete breakdown of ones mind and get them to do anything they want.
      • Sleeper assassins.
      • Ability to create neurological problems such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, forgetfulness, schizophrenia, bi-polar, slower-learning or information-overload, de-patterning and brainwashing, scrambling the connections, split-personalities, pleasure, rewards, addictions, pain, fear, stealing knowledge from a mind. US, Britain, China, and Russia can pull this off world-wide over entire nations, taking advantage of the ignorance of humanity.
      • AI-in-the-middle attack architecture alters the biases in the neural network, and more.(41) (42) (43) (44)
  22. In 2013, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) had a weapons program “to control religious thought” in a project aimed at “religious fundamentalism”, however, like a sheep in wolves clothing, the same research would ultimately give them the ability to ‘control any thought or sway any kind of opinion towards their own aims‘. (45)
  23. In 2017, a study on mice concluded that 4-week exposure to a 1.8 GHz RF field increased anxiety. (46)
  24. In 2018, DARPA announced ‘Next Generation Non Surgical Neuro Technology’ to directly interface the human brain with outside systems. (47)
  25. In 2018, Professor Dr. James Giordano lectured the United States Military Academy about the human brain and the future of war, explaining that modern warfare is not done with guns, but drugs, nano-science, mind-manipulation (foster thoughts to change beliefs, feelings, emotions). He explains a neuroweapon that can take over the minds (recruit/influence them to think something is a good idea – the opposite of what they might believe) and more. He details how leaders, military, enemies, and targeted individuals and crowds can “easily” be controlled.
  26. In 2019 (December, just days before the “pandemic”) Anthony “Fraud-chi” testified that he was conducting a “Phase 1 clinical trial of a universal influenza vaccine that uses nanoparticle-based platform technology” and that he was conducting and supporting research for “self-assembling nanoparticle vaccines“.   27. In 2019, a study was published called: Long-term exposure of 2450 MHz electromagnetic radiation induces stress and anxiety like behavior in rats (50)
  28. In 2020, Yuval Noah Harari, an advisor to the WEF, announced that humans are now ‘hackable animals’ being surveyed ‘under the skin’, and that “Covid brought in the way for people to accept and legitimize this new total biometric surveillance.” (51)
  29. In 2020, former UN whistleblower Claire Edwards, said COVID was planned over many years to integrate 7 billion people into the cloud, for digital control, eugenics, and a trans-human agenda, and the illness people are suffering is from electromagnetic radiation exposure. (52)
  30. In 2024, Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF-EMF) ranging from 3 to 3000 Hz were studied for their anxiety-inducing effects. Research indicates they may interfere with the hippocampus-prefrontal cortex pathway, potentially triggering anxiety through oxidative stress in the brain. (53)

While much of the public-facing research into radiofrequencies inducing fear is conducted on animal models (primarily rats and mice), the findings provide a biological framework for how electromagnetic radiation might induce emotional distress. 

Based on the evidence from epidemiological and laboratory studies, RF fields in the 30 kHz–300 GHz frequency range were classified as a possible human carcinogen … exposure to RF fields could cause insomnia, headache, tinnitus, fatigue, cognitive disturbances, dysesthesias (abnormal sensation), dizziness, and depression. Key Research Findings

  • Amygdala Morphology & Anxiety: Studies on rats exposed to 900 MHz radiation (common in mobile phones) for 28 days showed a significant decrease in healthy neurons in the basolateral amygdala. This structural damage was associated with increased anxiety-like behaviour and “hyperactivity,” where exposed animals made more frequent and impulsive movements in testing chambers.
  • Neurotransmitter Imbalance: Exposure to 1.8 GHz RF fields has been shown to significantly decrease levels of GABA (an inhibitory neurotransmitter that calms the brain) and aspartic acid in the cortex and hippocampus. A reduction in GABA is a known biological pathway for inducing anxiety and heightened stress responses.
  • Stress Hormone Activation: Research into 2.45 GHz EMFs (Wi-Fi frequencies) indicates that short-term exposure can act as a stressor, significantly increasing corticosterone levels—the rodent equivalent of cortisol—which correlates with a higher “risk appraisal” and anxiety behaviour.
  • Directed Energy Pulse Effects: Combined exposure to Electromagnetic Pulses (EMP) and 4.9 GHz RF (middle-band 5G) has been found to induce anxiety-like behaviours more severely than single exposures. This was linked to autophagy (cellular self-eating) in the amygdala and down-regulation of glutamatergic receptors.
  • Fear Memory Alteration: Chronic exposure to various RF frequencies (900 MHz to 2.45 GHz) often leads to impaired fear memory extinction. This means animals have more difficulty “unlearning” a fear response to a previously frightening stimulus, potentially keeping them in a prolonged state of anxiety. (55)
