Pfizer Criminals – Nigeria – Experimental Vaccine
“Criminal and Immoral”
Pfizer Criminals – Nigeria Victims 1996
Officials in Kano say more than 50 children died in the experiment, while many others developed mental and physical deformities and dozens left disabled after Pfizer gave them the experimental anti-meningitis drug, Trovan. But Pfizer says only 11 of the 200 children used in the drug trial died. Déjà vu?
Pfizer was charged with failing to explain to the children’s parents that the proposed treatment was experimental, that they could refuse it, or that other organizations offered more conventional treatments at the same site free of charge. Déjà vu?
Half of the children who participated in Pfizer’s treatment program were deliberately given inadequate doses of ceftriaxone—an FDA-approved drug shown to be effective in treating meningitis—so that Trovan would look more effective by comparison. Déjà vu?
Five of the children who received Trovan and six of the children who were “low-dosed” with ceftriaxone died and others treated by Pfizer suffered very serious injuries, including paralysis, deafness and blindness. Déjà vu?
Hassan Sani, says his daughter Hajara, 14, was also given the drug. He says the pill made his daughter deaf and unable to speak, and he wants the doctors involved to be treated as criminals. Pfizer says these are symptoms of meningitis and there is nothing to suggest that Trovan killed or injured any children. Déjà vu?
“The American doctors took advantage of our illiteracy and cheated us and our children. We thought they were helping us,” Mr Sani says. “We did not suspect that our children were being used for an experiment. They have cheated us and our children. All I can say is that God will judge them according to their evil deeds.”
When a severe meningitis epidemic wreaked havoc in Nigeria in 1996, Pfizer saw a clear opportunity to make immeasurably obscene profits. This was reliant on a new vaccine that was tested on unsuspecting Nigerian children, with the hope that the approval of this new vaccine would usher super-profits for the pharmaceutical company. Because of the adverse effects which the vaccine had on the children (death and disabilities), Pfizer found itself fighting numerous lawsuits while denying liability (both criminal and civil) throughout. Déjà vu?
An experimental drug was tried on children without the proper [parental] consent having been obtained, and by flouting several health regulatory laws. The result was a protracted legal battle, in which corruption allegations on the side of Pfizer and the Nigerian government emerged. Déjà vu?

Ghostwritten articles, Rewarding Doctors with Favours & Speakers Fees
$430 Million in Fines promoting a drug for non-approved uses, by plying doctors with favours to get them to talk up the medication, including paying doctors to put their names on ghostwritten articles and rewarding prescriptions with tickets to sporting events, trips to golf resorts, and ‘speakers fees’ to speak at conferences about the drug

Largest Health Care Fraud Settlement in History
Pfizer received the biggest drug-related fine in US history in 2009 as part of a $2.3 Billion plea deal for mis-promoting medicines Bextra and Celebrex and paying kickbacks to compliant doctors. Pfizer pleaded guilty to the felony of marketing four drugs including Bextra “with the intent to defraud or mislead.” They were forced to withdraw their arthritis painkiller Bextra in the USA and EU for causing heart attacks, strokes, and serious skin disease.
Pfizer illegally paid doctors kickbacks for “off-label” use of more than one of its drug which resulted in patients being injured or killed. Among them were Bextra (valdecoxib); Geodon (ziprasidone HCl), an atypical antipsychotic; Zyvox (linezolid), an antibiotic; Lyrica (pregabalin), a seizure medication; its famous Viagra (sildenafil), an erectile dysfunction drug; and Lipitor (atorvastatin), a cholesterol drug.

Pfizer Facing About 1,200 Lawsuits over Neurontin
In another court trial, Pfizer subsidiaries were forced to pay $142 million and release company documents that showed it was illegally marketing gabapentin for off-label use. “Data revealed in a string of U.S. lawsuits indicates the drug was promoted by the drug company as a treatment for pain, migraines and bipolar disorder – even though it wasn’t effective in treating these conditions and was actually toxic in certain cases“, according to the Therapeutics Initiative, an independent drug research group at the University of British Columbia. The trials forced the company to release all of its studies on the drug, including the ones it kept hidden.”
The case is just one of about 1,200 lawsuits over Neurontin that Pfizer is facing. Most of the lawsuits have been brought by individual plaintiffs who say that Neurontin side effects increase the risk of suicide.

Pfizer “habitual offender” – illegal, corrupt, criminal
Pfizer, one of the world’s largest vaccine makers by sales, was founded in 1849 in the USA. It also has one of the most criminal records of fraud, corruption, falsification and proven damage. A 2010 Canadian study noted, “Pfizer has been a “habitual offender,” persistently engaging in illegal and corrupt marketing practices, bribing physicians and suppressing adverse trial results.” That’s serious. Note that Pfizer has yet to make fully public details of its covid vaccine studies for external examination.
“If all that matters is increased sales of drugs, regardless of their benefits, Pfizer is the one to call.”

Pfizer Admits Bribery in 8 Countries – Paid $60.2 Million Settlement
For three years, Pfizer Italy employees provided free cell phones, photocopiers, printers and televisions to doctors, arranged for vacations (such as “weekend in Gallipoli,” “weekend with companion” and “weekend in Rome”) and even made direct cash payments (under the guise of lecture fees and honoraria) in return for promises by doctors to recommend or prescribe Pfizer’s products.
Today, the New York headquarters of the pharmaceutical giant has agreed to pay a total of $60.2 million in penalties to settle the documented charges of bribery. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) says that Pfizer Italy employees went out of their way to “falsely” book the expenses under “misleading” labels like “Professional Training,” and “Advertising in Scientific Journals.”
The penalty is roughly half a percent of the company annual profits that exceed $10 billion a year on global sales of $67.4 billion in 2011.
Italy was not the only country where Pfizer has been accused of bribing doctors and local officials. “Pfizer took short cuts to boost its business in several Eurasian countries, bribing government officials in Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan and Russia to the tune of millions of dollars,” says Mythili Raman, the principal deputy assistant attorney general of the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DoJ) criminal division.
“Pfizer H.C.P. admitted that between 1997 and 2006, it paid more than $2 million of bribes to government officials in Bulgaria, Croatia, Kazakhstan and Russia,” notes a press release issued by the DoJ. “Pfizer H.C.P. also admitted that it made more than $7 million in profits as a result of the bribes.”
Amy Schulman, executive vice-president and general counsel for Pfizer, said: “The actions which led to this resolution were disappointing, but the openness and speed with which Pfizer voluntarily disclosed and addressed them reflects our true culture and the real value we place on integrity and meeting commitments.”
In a criminal complaint issued by the SEC, investigators laid out detailed charges for a total of eight countries: Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Italy, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Serbia.
For example for almost six years, Pharmacia Croatia made monthly payments of approximately $1,200 per month into the Austrian personal bank account of a Croatian doctor. In 2003, Pfizer bought Pharmacia Croatia but allowed the payments to continue for three months.
A memo from a senior manager noted that the doctors was “a member of the Registration Committee regarding pharmaceuticals, I do expect that all products which are to be registered, will pass the regular procedure by his assistance. . . . He is a person of great influence in Croatia in the area of pharmaceuticals, and his opinion is respected very much; that’s the reason he is so important to us.”
In Russia, from the mid-1990s through 2005, Pfizer Russia had a special sales initiative called the “Hospital Program” under which employees were allowed to pay hospitals five percent of the value of certain Pfizer products. Some of this money was paid out in cash to individual Russian doctors “to reward past purchases and prescriptions and induce future purchases and prescriptions of Pfizer products.”
Government officials were also cultivated. On November 19, 2003, a Pfizer Russia employee sent in an invoice requesting “payment for the (motivational) trip of [the First Deputy Minister of Health] for the inclusion of [a Pfizer product] into the list . . . of medications refundable by the state.”
In another email June 27, 2005, a Pfizer Russia employee noted that a government doctor “should be assigned the task of stretching the amount of the purchases . . . to US $100 thousand” as an “obligation” in exchange for a trip to a conference in the Netherlands or Germany.
Federal officials have forced Pfizer to pay much higher fines in the past, based on the damage assessed in each case (typically a multiple of the damages). For example in 2009, Pfizer paid out $2.3 billion to settle allegations of criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of Bextra, an anti-inflammatory drug.
All told U.S. government regulators are expected to hand out $8 billion in fines this year to multinational corporations, estimates the New York Times. “Critics remain, however, arguing that the practice of settling fraud cases with companies while not charging any employees might be giving executives an incentive to push the limits of the law,” notes the newspaper.
“If you are an executive, you know that the chances of getting caught are infinitely small, and the chances of getting caught and prosecuted are even smaller,” Dennis M. Kelleher, president of Better Markets, told the New York Times.
Questions are being raised by some members of Congress. “A lot of people on the street, they’re wondering how a company can commit serious violations of securities laws and yet no individuals seem to be involved and no individual responsibility was assessed,” Jack Reed, a Rhode Island senator, said at a recent hearing.

This “misinformation” narrative that they are hiding behind has been very “effective” so far at making people feel “bad or wrong” or scared to speak out against them – especially when they use this particular script “actually cause deaths to other people”. But everything on this page shows the truth. They get away with it year after year, they have a rinse and repeat business model that cannot be touched, and show no signs of moving towards the ‘right side of history’. They don’t care about people, they care about money. If their vaccine was actually a vaccine, and if it was actually safe, none of us would be risking this type of mind-control they have over the population – people need to figure out ‘good from evil’ and realize that these guys are not the ‘good’ guys the media makes them out to be. :(

The Adverse Event system in every country is broken. Always down-playing the risks. Always promoting safe & effective. Ignoring victims. Can’t rely on the data, can’t rely on the doctors, can’t rely on the vaccinators, can’t rely on the victims, can’t rely on the manufacturers, can’t rely on the health authorities, can’t trust the media. Always making out that the health regulators are doing a good job at following up. Victims say otherwise. Media says “don’t listen to victims”. Health regulators say they are “closely monitoring” Victims say “bullshit”. When something is experimental, we should not be seeing this kind of obvious corruption. Censoring victims and threatening health professionals. This corruption and mind-manipulation has got to be reformed. This is not ok.
