Hotez has received countless honors and awards from local restaurants to the American Medical Association and the city of Houston, where he now resides.

As this investigation will reveal, Peter Hotez has spent decades cosying up to powerful interests in the pharmaceutical industry, billionaire foundations, and the US government. He has treated the world as a laboratory, exploiting every opportunity to undermine regulation, and test new drugs on unsuspecting populations, precisely the opposite of the image of public health servant that he projects.

1989, Hotez got Pfizer Funding

In 1989, Hotez’s first post-doctoral award was from Pfizer, along with $100,000. In 2003, he was a Pfizer-visiting professor in tropical diseases at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

The same year, he began work on a coronavirus vaccine, but shelved the project after the SARS virus flamed out and he could not find funding. ^{(06)Scientists were close to a coronavirus vaccine years ago. Hotez’s career has largely been devoted to development of drugs to test on underdeveloped and hyper-exploited countries in Latin America, South Asia and Africa.

He owes much of his success to three figures, Anthony Fauci, Bill Gates, and Bill Clinton.

1996, Fauci Funded Hotez Millions

In 1996, Fauci approved a $2.9 million NIAID grant for Hotez to study tropical diseases, carrying on a program that began in the Rockefeller Foundation. Notorious for its funding, a century earlier of the Eugenics movement since the United States and Nazi Germany, Hotez would later coin these maladies “neglected tropical diseases”.

He would sometimes describe them as anti-poverty vaccines, but most of these diseases exist because of poverty—Hotez himself has admitted as much. ^{(08)Hotez PJ. • You know, we call them tropical diseases. It’s a bit of a misdemeanour. They’re diseases of poverty.
• Poverty is the overriding determinant.

The CDC explains that several of the neglected tropical diseases can be controlled or even eliminated and improving basic water, sanitation and hygiene are highly effective strategies.

Rather than address root causes, Hotez has spawned an neglected tropical disease industrial complex, dependent on the perpetual poverty that he claims his pharmaceutical products combat.

2000, $18 Million from Gates

In 2000, with $18 million from the Gates Foundation, he founded his own department in George Washington University and now heading the prestigious Sabin Vaccine Institute started the Human Hookworm Vaccine Initiative to continue its development. ^{(09)Albert B. Hotez wrote in 2004, “with funding from the Gates Foundation, I believe that we can have in hand over the next decade vaccines from malaria, dengue and hookworm.”

2006-2009, Funded by Clinton’s / Bush

At the 2006 Clinton Global Initiative, the Sabin Institute launched its global network for tropical neglected diseases.

• Clinton decided that these neglected tropical diseases needed attention, so it was actually CGI (Clinton Global Initiative) who has been incredibly important in the development of this organization to give it the attention it needs, and as a result of CGI, we’ve been able to now attract some large-scale donors.

U.S. government money quickly began to pour in.

When Hillary Clinton took over the State Department in 2009, USAID’s annual neglected tropical disease budget nearly tripled.

From 2006 to 2021, the agency spent $1.1 billion and pharmaceutical companies gave $28.6 billion worth of drugs to administer.

For Hotez, these diseases and conditions are mere pretext to develop and deliver drugs. After a 2010 cholera outbreak in Haiti, Hotez remarked, “This is an opportunity to really think about ways to use the vaccine.”

Hotez has been a member and regular guest at subsequent Clinton Global Initiatives, appealing for money to develop more drugs.

2014, Ebola

In 2014, President Obama named Hotez as U.S. Science Envoy to implement what he called vaccine diplomacy in the Middle East and North Africa.

In September 2014, Ebola virus in West Africa provided this opportunity.

The Obama administration deployed 3,000 troops to Liberia.

For Anthony Fauci and Peter Hotez, it was a golden opportunity.

Though Ebola eventually subsided without any vaccines, Hotez and the Sabin Institute have continued developing them along with other products. In September 2022, he attempted to again rebrand his experimental pharmaceutical products. This time as Malnutrition Vaccines, claiming that, “approval processes could be accelerated to help avert an imminent food catastrophe or even potential mass starvation events. We must begin this process imminently.”

To date, Hotez has received:

• $4.2 million from Mexican billionaire, Carlos Slim’s Foundation
• $9.6 million from Fauci’s NIAID
• $44 million from the Gates Foundation
• He continues to maintain close relationships with pharmaceutical giants like Pfizer and Eli Lilly.

1. Hotez’s own 2012 to 2017 NIH grant for the development of a SARS vaccine had the stated aim of responding to any “accidental release from a laboratory,” in addition to a possible zoonotic spillover of the virus.
2. As part of his NIH grant, Hotez subcontracted funding for research on combined or “chimeric” coronaviruses, a scientific paper shows. Hotez’s grant underwrote two of Shi’s collaborators on the project. [Shi headed the Wuhan lab’s coronavirus modification project].
3. In the 2017 paper co-funded by Hotez, Shi and her colleagues generated a recombinant virus from two SARS-related coronaviruses: “rWIV1-SHC014S.”
4. The article also showed how Hotez worked over and over to cover up the possibility SARS-CoV-2 could have come from a lab. Given how bad the PR would be for him if this became known, his behavior is somewhat understandable.

Hotez’ Sabin Institute is now at Baylor University in Houston, Texas. Flush with funding from the Gates Foundation despite having never succeeded in developing a working vaccine.

Redacted: Wow, Dan. Some shocking stuff with this guy. Most people have no idea about this. I’m sure most people have zero idea of his history. Really shocking. What stood out to you? I mean, when you started on this path, what was the most shocking thing that you discovered with this guy?

Dan Cohen, Independent Journalist: Well, seeing how excited Hotez was to basically use, as that bioethicist we saw, what he described as “experiments on the third world”, on global South countries, basically taking little African and Latin American kids and injecting them with products to see what happens. I think someone like Hotez, that’s what he really encapsulates. Also, the bio pharmaceutical complex and the military industrial complex are completely the same.

We saw that Hotez was so excited that Obama sent troops to West Africa because that would allow this mass vaccination campaign, which of course, didn’t work. That can’t happen without the military. It’s using the global South as a testing ground for pharmaceutical products. That’s been going on for decades with all kinds of horrible results. I think that’s the most shocking aspect for me.

Hotez posits that resistance to novel pharmaceutical products is a white supremacist plot that springs from the Republican Party and is taking over the world.

To counter this, he has proposed a series of measures.

• I’ve been having discussions with the federal government for many years now is we’ve got to do something about it.
• Take this down and create an interagency task force.
• Use the full power of the US federal government to see what levers are available.
• We need help from Homeland Security, we need help from the Commerce Department, the Justice Department and the State Department.

The UN WHO and NATO, he says, “must join this censorship effort”.

He has called for governments and international bodies to carry out a counteroffensive.

• Let’s talk to the people who know about cyber attacks, who know about nuclear proliferation, who know about global terrorism.
• There might be some tools there that we can use to fight this anti-science aggression because I believe it’s reached that same level.

And written that they must take “direct, even confrontational, approaches with Russia,” he even called for a CDC coup against the executive branch.

• If we’ve basically decapitated the leadership of the government in order to run COVID-19 response, who can step up, can the CDC do it?
• If we don’t have a federal government, if we don’t have the White House or the executive branch of the government engaged in doing this, do we have other options? Are their levers Congress can push?

Hotez consistently cites the U.S. government, its intelligence cut-outs, and proxies. Once the FDA had given emergency use authorization, Hotez reversed his public stance.

• That’s fantastic. The emergency use authorization closely approximates the full approval process, so there’s nothing really rushed.
• Any vaccine released by emergency use authorization by the FDA is an outstanding vaccine.
• Take whatever vaccine is really offered to you.

Hotez said that once enough people were injected with two doses, viral transmission would stop, and other measures would no longer be necessary.

• News is good. It’s saying even after six months, it still looks like it’s really strong and durable, so this is going to be a long-lasting vaccine.
• A single dose is not very effective, but two doses fully vaccinated people are.
• A week or two after the second dose, the masks start to come off.
• Guess what? You can have everything you’ve asked for in terms of not requiring social distancing and masks. We can have an extraordinary quality of life.
• This is time limited.
• It’s not in perpetuity. Well, this is not in perpetuity. We are going to vaccinate our way out of this epidemic starting in the summer.
• If enough Americans get vaccinated, we can actually halt virus transmission, potentially.
• If you do the simple math, I did a back of the envelope calculation.
• Once you get over 65% of the population with a single dose of the vaccine and 50% two doses, the amount of transmission will really start to decline.
• 60 to 70%.
• 60 to 80% threshold.
• We need to get to about 75% before we interrupt transmission.
• Around three quarters of the US population.
• Roughly 80% of the US population.

Two doses turned to three.

• I think ultimately a third immunization with the mRNA vaccines will probably be needed at some point.
• We thought there was a pretty high likelihood we might have to give a third immunization down the line anyway at some point because we had no idea about the durability of any protection of any of these vaccines.
• So if you got a two dose Pfizer, Moderna vaccine, think of it as a three dose vaccine.
• We ultimately will need to give a third immunization, and I’ve been pretty much saying that all along.
• This was always a three dose vaccine, and so this was all predicted and predictable.
• I’ve always said this is a three dose vaccine.
• Two mRNA vaccines were always a three dose vaccine.
• We’ve known for a while that this was going to be a three dose vaccine.

Fauci’s Replacement…

Throughout his career, Hotaz has been careful to align himself with Anthony Fauci and speak warmly about their relationship.

Hotez and the “next Pandemic”

No matter what, Hotaz says another coronavirus is lurking around the corner.

• COVID-19 is the third major coronavirus pandemic of the 21st century. We had SARS, MERs, now COVID-19. A fourth one is brewing.
• I can guarantee you right now, coronaviruses are jumping from bats to people every day, and it’s a matter of time before it catches fire and we have a fourth major coronavirus pandemic, and that’s going to be another major issue in a few years.
• So absolute death and destruction.

Redacted: Wow, just absolutely eye opening to see in part one, just this decades-long influence here. It seems like Dan, his whole career, he’s been manipulated. He’s had the strings, he’s like a puppet. He’s like a marionette, I guess. Like he’s been controlled by this complex and he’s been a willing participant for decades in this.

Dan Cohen, Independent Journalist: Yeah, he’s obviously benefited massively from his connections to literally the most powerful forces on earth from Bill Gates to the US government, Dr. Fauci, who he considers a mentor, but when I look at Peter Hotez, first of all, we have to understand that he is a liar.

• We saw him flip flop on emergency use authorizations and that was clearly a political move.
• We saw him say two doses of the COVID shots are great and offer a long lasting protection, and then suddenly, without explanation, it became three shots and I think it’s going to be three shots and then it became,
• I’ve been saying three shots all along, and then it became, we have to change the definition of fully vaccinated and boosters and more and more boosters,
• and then even Mika Brzezinski, when it became, how many boosters am I supposed to get exactly? It’s don’t think about the number of boosters, just get more boosters.

So he starts to sound like a used car salesman. I think. It’s just obviously he’s such a show for big pharma.

But it’s even worse than that because he’s actually dangerous. Peter Hotez knows what antibody dependent enhancement is. He knows that these vaccines, the so-called vaccines, which really aren’t vaccines, can actually make the virus worse. They can, the infection worse. They can backfire.

• He knows about original antigenic sin: that when you get the first one, then your body is unlikely to produce antibodies to fight later variants. He knows all of this stuff. He can explain it far better than I can. He is a real expert, but the thing is, he chooses to not tell people about the risks, which he admitted there are when he’s testified in Congress in 2020.
• He chooses to not tell people about the risks of these injections, and then, the people who are skeptical, he wants to throw them in jail.
• He wants to take doctors like Pierre Kory and David Weisman. He wants to strip them of their licenses, their ability to practice and research and conduct actual science and throw them in jail.
• And people who are skeptical, families, parents who are saying, “Well, maybe I don’t want my child to be a human pincushion for Bill Gates”. Well, those people should be locked up to, you know, DHS needs to track them down and hunt them down, and NATO needs to go after them.

This is a man who, as Pierre Kory said in the video, “he is a political actor”. I mean, we saw him bring an actual coup against the executive branch. That is not medical. That is purely political.

So I mean, in the video, you see that he’s basically an agent of the deep state. He cited US intelligence. It’s like the biomedical version of Russiagate, of all of those complete frauds. That’s who Peter Hotez is.

And he loves power. That part where we see he’s at the synagogue in Houston and he and that young woman, Merissa Hansen, politely interrupts him, she gets banned, and he is, you see that he just loves that little taste of power.

So, I don’t know what happened to him as a child, but this is a man who needs therapy.

The idea of him being in power, of replacing Dr. Fauci or something like that is terrifying. If Hotez actually gets appointed to replace Fauci and their confirmation hearings, I hope that this video, that these videos, these reports, these investigations that we’ve done, can be used to show what a completely dishonest and dangerous man this is.

So this is someone who should be nowhere near power.

And yet his name is at the top of the list for possible replacement for Dr. Fauci, unbelievable, but this is our federal government. This is how things are done in Washington.
