Virologist Luc Montagnier (1932- Feb 2022)
“At the age of 89 (August 18, 1932 – February 8, 2022), Professor Luc Montagnier died at the American hospital in Neuilly-sur-Seine.”
Luc Montagnier who died on the 8th of February 2022, confirmed HIV is in the Spike Protein and has been outspoken along with other virologists about not vaccinating during a pandemic and instead focusing on improving your innate immunity because vaccinating during a pandemic would cause mutant variants, among other warnings such as possible brain and neurological disorders. He is a French Virologist of 78 years and was the winner of the Nobel Prize in Medicine in the year 2008 for discovering the HIV virus and (01) was scheduled to take a part in the Grand Jury Proceeding hearing on February 12, 2022. Just a few weeks ago, he spoke in the Luxembourg parliament against the mandates, calling the injections poison and not vaccines at all.
In April 2020, he came out and asserted that the sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus indicated that it was the result of human manipulation and was released from the Wuhan laboratory. After facing enormous ridicule from social media “fact-checkers,” including the theory’s being labeled as “false” for over a year, evidence began to surface in May 2021 that, indeed, this assessment was correct. He was also working on something that Big Pharma was frightened of.

Montagnier said last year that “the presence of evidence of HIV and malaria germs in the coronavirus genome is highly suspicious and the characteristics of the virus could not be ascertained naturally.”
In August 2020, Luc with fellow researcher, Jean claude Perez, found gain of function manipulation, specifically, and critically, the addition of HIV genetic tiny fragments to the SARS-COV-2 genome.
“This region has been “manipulated” by Humans. We can expect a faster genetic Evolution of the virus towards less pathogenic strains lacking this HUMAN-MADE region.”
The genome of 2019-nCoV/COVID-19 was man-made in a laboratory and contains 18 inserts of human or simian retroviruses (HIV-1).
With respect to the “gain of function” objective, this is for the purpose of increasing the rate of infection, the pathogenic transmissibility of a virus within a host population – not necessarily leading to an increased number of mortalities. This is leveraging the natural processes of a virus in increasing the quantity of infected hosts, without killing them off. This is accomplished by enhancing the ability of a virus to penetrate into a host cell.
The presence of HIV-1 genetic material, the 18 RNA fragments, indicates the targeting of host cell DNA. The natural process of all retroviruses like HIV-1 is to fuse its genetic material to that of the host DNA, thus permanently changing it. From there, this modified DNA naturally produces a single strand of RNA containing the virus and moves on to infect the next host cell. It “goes viral”.

He received the Nobel in Physiology/Medicine for his discovery of HIV. 18 RNA fragments matching HIV & SIV (External Informative Elements: EIE).
The Spike Protein not only has the PRRA insert (4 amino acids – each amino acid requires 3 nucleotides – that’s 12 nucleotide basis).
A contiguous region representing 2.49% of the whole COVID-19 genome is 40.99% made up of 12 diverse EIE originating from various strains of HIV SIV retroviruses.
Mutations occur one nucleotide at a time, not 12. That’s an “insert”. If you think that’s bad, look at the HIV insert.
590 amino acid (1770 nucleotide bases) insert matching HIV-1.
Now understanding that mutations occur one nucleotide at a time, scientifically I’d like somebody to justify to me how that’s possibly a mutation. That doesn’t happen. It’s not just a little, it’s a lot.

Nobel laureate in medicine for discovering HIV, Professor Luc Montagnier, was invited to the Luxembourg Parliament to accompany petitioners speaking out against compulsory vaccination on Wednesday 12th of January. He spoke on the Covid vaccines and Geneticist Alexandra Henrion Caude was also there.

“These vaccines are poisons. They are not real vaccines. The mRNA allows its message to be transcribed throughout the body, uncontrollably. No one can say for each of us where these messages will go. This is therefore a terrible unknown. And in fact we are now learning that this is a work published over a year ago that these mRNAs contain an area that we can call prion, which is an area capable of introducing protein modifications in an unpredictable way. As a doctor I knew 21 people who received 2 doses of Pfizer vaccine, there is another person who received Moderna. The 21 died of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease caused by prions. The 3 vaccines Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna contain a sequence identified by Information Technology as transformation into a prion. There is therefore a known risk to human health.”

I am outraged by the fact that we want to vaccinate children, because then we are really affecting a future generation.
We need to know, for example, take glyphosate, right? Recent studies on glyphosate have shown that there are epigenetic effects. That means people who eat glyphosate in their diet, pass on something that will affect future generations. Their children, their grand children and great grandchildren will suffer. At the moment, this has only been shown in rats. You could extrapolate this onto humans. There are epigenetic effects.
We need to consider that and not just think of our own generation, but of the future.
This messenger RNA that’s being injected today in vaccines, may have effects on future generations that are undetected if we aren’t searching for them.

Absolutely. We’re in unknown territory and proclaim mandatory vaccines for everyone.

There are sequences that resemble the prion sequences in the RNA of the Coronavirus. These prions could disorder the natural proteins in the brain, modifying them to make prions.

It’s an enormous mistake, isn’t it?
A scientific error as well as a medical error. It’s an unacceptable mistake. The history books will show that, because it is the vaccination that is creating the variants. There are antibodies for the virus, created by the vaccine. What does the virus do? Does it die or find another solution? The new variants are a production and result from the vaccination. You see it in each country, it’s the same:
the curve of vaccination is followed by the curve of deaths.
I’m following this closely and I am doing experiments at the institute with patients who became sick with Corona after being vaccinated.
I will show you that they are creating the variants that are resistant to the vaccine.
Q.) Should we be vaccinating during a pandemic?
It’s unthinkable.
They’re silent… many people know this, epidemiologists know it. It is the antibodies produced by the virus that enable an infection to become stronger. It’s what we call Antibody Dependant Enhancement, which means antibodies favor a certain infection. The antibody attaches to the virus, from that moment is has the receptors, the antibodies, we have them in the macrophage, etc. It pokes the virus and not accidentally, but because of the fact that they’re linked to the antibodies.
It is clear that the new variants are created by antibody-mediated selection due to the vaccination, Ok?
What Luc Montagnier was working on

Montagnier was working on a ground-breaking science that could change the way that medicine is done forever – by treating patients with water and frequency. He also says that we can cure a lot of serious diseases with antibiotics. The water experiments they are doing, can also detect diseases that you didn’t know was there. ie they found in the water experiments on autism patients, a latent infection, and that the use of anti-infectious drugs improved 4/5 patients.
More experiments were needed at the time of this documentary (2014) to prove that the signals can have tangible effects, Luc was hopeful that once proved, they could treat patients including patients with cancer with frequency waves. The pharma industry fears this. The scientists believe they can treat with frequencies instead of medicines. There is not more scientists working on it because you have to get the interest of someone who would invest – and there is no money to be made from water, so they get funding from the private sector because no funds can come from pubic institutions.

This April 16th, Dr. Luc Montagnier became a household name around the world. This occurred as the controversial virologist decided to publicly state his support for the theory that Covid-19 is indeed a laboratory-generated creation and not a naturally occurring effect of viral evolution.
Referring to a study published at the Kusama School of Biology in New Dehli on January 31st, Montagnier (the 2008 Nobel Prize winner for his 1983 discovery of the HIV virus) made the point that the specific occurrence of HIV RNA viral segments spliced surgically within the COVID-19 genome could not have originated naturally and he described it in the following words:
“We have carefully analyzed the description of the genome of this RNA virus. We weren’t the first, a group of Indian researchers tried to publish a study showing that the complete genome of this virus that has within the sequences of another virus: that of HIV.”
While the Indian team was induced to retract their publication under immense pressure from the mainstream medical establishment (which never bothered to seriously refute the content of the study’s research but rather used the “random-mutation-makes-anything-possible” argument), Montagnier stated “scientific truth always emerges”.

“All participants who received two doses of SARS-CoV-2 sclamp elicited a humoral response that was detected by several commonly used HIV diagnostic tests.
Although the geometric mean for vaccine cross-reactivity was 30 times lower than the geometric mean for samples from a randomly selected set of 50 patients with HIV, it was within the range of nine of these patients with HIV.
Therefore, widespread use of this vaccine would have the potential to impact existing HIV screening programmes and processes and could ultimately delay timely diagnosis for a subset of patients with HIV.
Additionally, where a climate of vaccine hesitancy exists, the potential negative effects of miscommunication and misunderstanding of this issue, and the potential for societal misconception around the inclusion of HIV-1 glycoprotein 41 regions within a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, could not be ignored and further development of this vaccine is currently paused.”

Did they go ahead with this?
First, I wish to acknowledge hearing through the grape vine that my dear friend Professor Dr. Luc Montagnier, Nobel Prize winner (for discovery of the Lymphadenopathy Virus LAV – now called HIV), virologist, truth warrior, critic of the genetic vaccines for COVID-19, died yesterday. I first met him when I was an undergraduate student at UC Davis working as a lab rat at the Department of Pathology under Drs. Murray Gardner and Robert Cardiff. Dr. Montagnier and I have spoken many times, for many, many hours over the course of the last year. I will miss his council greatly.
