Note: I have a lot more detailed posts about everything on this page, this is just a “summary” with the very basics.

Scroll past my last attempt to share some truth and alternative options to get to the list of actual things I would do if I were forced to get a jab: (or expand to read it all)

But if you are going to do it, have already done it, or want to help a loved one, here is what I would do…

Days/Weeks Before The Jab

Vitamin C – Large amounts – Potent anti-inflammatory. Buffered-form, not ascorbic acid.

3 Weeks before Jab – 1,000MG / twice a day.
2 weeks before Jab – 1,000MG / four times a day.
1 week before Jab including day of jab – 2,000MG / four times a day.

Foods that contain Vitamin C

Green leafy vegetables, Broccoli, Capsicum, and Cabbage have higher concentrations of Vitamin C than fruit.

Probiotics and prebiotics taken every day for months in advance and months after. This can be found naturally in raw milk, yogurt, real sauerkraut or in capsule or powder form; acidophilus.

An Hour Before the Jab

Stay hydrated – drinking coconut water and lots of water.

Curcumin and Quercetin have been found to block the ability of the adjuvants to trigger a long-term immune reaction. If you take it an hour before the vaccination, it should help dampen the immune reactions.

Ready-to-Eat Healthy Meals – Have some nourishing ready-to-eat meals as you may not feel like cooking after the jab and you want to make sure you have something that you can easily grab that will help you feel better and avoid choosing inflammatory foods that could make everything worse. A fresh veggie soup or casserole, fresh fruit salad or freshly-squeezed juices ready-made in advance of taking the jab.

Immediately after the Jab

Ice-Pack – Take a cold-pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, this will block the immune reaction. Continue using a cold pack (or frozen peas) throughout the day. Have cold showers and keep a cold press on the jab site.

As soon as possible after the injection, preferably within minutes, have a small baggy of Redmond Bentonite Clay in its natural state. The natural state is when it is dry and powdery. It should be activated with a small amount of water or saliva to make a muddy paste and placed directly on the injection site. To keep it affixed, either a large bandage with tape or plastic bag tied around it. Soon after a new application should be put in place and repeated every few hours for a minimum of 1 week. Redmond Clay is medicinal. It binds with and draws out toxins.

Alternatively: Zeolite or Activated Charcoal (but this can be really messy) – make a thick paste of it and put it on the jab site. Place a strong magnet on the site. (Personally I’d get cupping done or do cupping myself immediately on the jab site and then cut it out, but then you know my position on this and maybe aren’t into this extreme measure.)

Astaxanthin – anti-inflammatory.  supercharged antioxidant derived from microalgae. It’s 500 times stronger than Vitamin E and crosses the blood/brain barrier, meaning it offers powerful oxidative protection for the nervous system (eyes, brain, nerve tissues, etc.). According to Dr Blaylock, fatal reactions to vaccines in aboriginal and African children occurred in those who were deficient in carotenoids. Only use natural, not synthetic. Unfortunately it’s difficult to tell the difference but synthetic is derived from petrochemicals from the evil pharmaceutical companies wanting to discredit Astaxanthin.

Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity.

Coconut water – helps control blood pressure, keeps you hydrated, contains lots of anti-oxidant nutrients – calcium, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, phosphorus, and also helps flush out toxins accumulated in the intestine.

Lemon – squeezed into your water could be another alternative if you don’t have coconut water on hand.

STAY AWAY FROM

  • All immune-stimulating supplements, such as mushroom extracts, whey protein and beta-glucan
  • Bread, Wheat, Pasta, Biscuits, Pastry
  • Meat from Chain-Supermarkets
  • Deli Food
  • Sugar, Milk-Drinks, Soda, Fake-Sugar, Candy/Chocolate and all Junk Food
  • All Acidic foods
  • Toxins, Sprays, Chemical-Sanitizer
  • Stay away from chain-supermarkets (Especially Costco, Coles, Woolworths)
  • Avoid all mercury-containing seafood
  • Avoid oils that suppress immunity / increase inflammation (avoid corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola, peanut, etc)
  • Unplug (from the wall) all unnecessary electrical equipment in your house when not in-use
  • Do not charge your phone in the same room as you sleep
  • Place phone in Airplane mode while you sleep

Daily for the next few weeks

Supplements or Dietary Sources

Don’t buy supplements from a supermarket. Most supplements provided in “Chain Businesses” are by corrupt pharmaceutical companies who give you synthetic or weakened versions that do not work, or could actually make things worse.

  • Vitamin E – will help dampen the immune reactions and reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines. Only use Natural with alpha, beta, delta, and gamma (avoid the common synthetic vitamin E).     Best Vitamin E Dietary sources: Green leafy vegetables, Broccoli, Squash, Almonds, Avocado, Fish, Olive Oil
  • Take a multivitaminmineral daily (one that does not contain iron).
    Make sure your body has plenty of B vitamins and selenium.
  • Zinc – antioxidant, covid-specific benefits, heart.
    (pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, chickpeas, lentils, cashews, yogurt, mushrooms, spinach, almonds)
  • Vitamin C – all day or several times a day – directly renders toxins, pathogens, viruses, bacteria, etc. harmless. It is the most potent anti-toxin ever described in literature. ideally: 6-12 g Vitamin C (NOT ASCORBIC ACID) divided between:

    Liposome-encapsulated vitamin C, 1 to 5 grams orally daily
    Sodium ascorbate daily up to or reaching bowel tolerance
    Ascorbyl palmitate, 1 to 3 grams orally daily
  • Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules, three times a day. (Dietary sources: Green leafy vegetables, nuts, fish, beans, avocado, dark chocolate)
  • Vitamin D3 (Sunshine)
  • Quercetin – Circulation, heart, brain, viral, inflammation.
    (red onion, apples, grapes, berries, green tea)
  • Lots of filtered or spring water.
  • CoQ10 – protect heart, liver, kidneys, pancreas.
  • Vitamin B – get the liquid form that you keep in your fridge and put it under your tongue daily (very important).
  • Selenium (3 Brazil nuts) – Very important for fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines.
  • Fulvic Acid &/or Probiotics/Fermented Food.
  • Melatonin – Lots of benefits very specific to COVID/Jab but also helps reconcile sleep cycles and is a powerful anti-inflammatory.
  • Shikimate – powerful anticancer, antiviral, antibacterial, anti-blood-clotting / antithrombotic. Believed to neutralize the spike protein in mRNA vaccines.
    Shikimate is found in: Pine needle tea (from green, edible pine needles), fennel tea, Chinese anise seeds, Triphala, St. John’s wort, Comfrey leaf, Feverfew, Gingko Biloba, Giant hyssop, Liquidambar, Wheatgrass, Sprouted Beans, Carrots, and Fresh Carrot Juice.

DETOX

  • NAC N Acetyl Cysteine (1200-2400mg daily on an empty stomach)
    Accelerates detoxification – like a ‘super detoxifier’ and also supports the liver, and helps the body create glutathione which is able to prevent damage to important cellular functions.
  • Diatomaceous Earth or Bentonite Clay – consumed in a beverage and drunk for several days.
    D/Earth (1 tsp/day), Bentonite Clay (1 Tablespoon 1-3 times per day). This will bind toxins and aid in drawing them out.
  • Activated Charcoal – Detox heavy metals
  • Dandelion Leaf/Root or Green Tea (blocks spike protein interaction with ACE2 and is one of the most powerful detox herbs for the liver)
  • Blood Oranges, Lemon or Orange Peels, Grapefruit, or Peppermint
    Contains hesperidin which deactivates the spike protein. It also reduces inflammation in the veins, and strengthens the walls of capillaries.
  • Iodine (I use Lugol’s Iodine) a few drops in a glass of water every day
  • Milk Thistle (detox and liver protection)
  • Glutathione 500-1000mg (Heavy Metal Detox)
    Parsley, Spinach, Cabbage, Garlic, Brussels Sprouts, Beets, Avocado, Broccoli)
  • Infrared Sauna if possible – enhances the detoxification process & helps eliminate pathogens.
  • Intermittent fasting – counteracts inflammation & auto-immune reactions

Foods that double as Detox:

  • Green Tea (can get really good quality green tea leaves from Source Bulk Wholefoods), bring it to the boil in a saucepan on the stove. Drink very concentrated green tea (or white tea if you don’t have green) at least four times a day to help prevent abnormal immune reactions.
  • Organic or wild blueberries
  • Parsley & Celery in a blender – drink 8 ounces twice a day. Parsley is very high in apigenine and celery is high in luteolin. Both potent in inhibiting autoimmune diseases.
  • Coriander, Oregano
  • FRESHLY SQUEEZED Orange Juice
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (with the ‘mother’ – ie. Bragg’s)
  • Raw Garlic, Raw Ginger, White Radish (not from China)
  • Turmeric 1tsp day
  • Foods containing Sulfur (Garlic, Onions, Eggs (fresh from farm only), etc.)

Detox Bath

Have a bath with Epsom salts, Clay, Bi-Carb Soda, Borax, and/or even good quality essential oils if you have some on hand – good for detoxing heavy metals, repairing DNA, Anti-Inflammatory, replenishing your body of minerals.

The next 4 months

Take care of your heart – do not go back to work straight away – do not exercise – give your heart time to repair. If you are having heart issues, it may take up to 4 months to self-repair – no sports or heavy-lifting.
Vitamin B-complex, particularly B9 & B12 can potentially reverse heart damage, so I would find a quality liquid source.

Take care of your vascular system – aspirin and most things on this post.

Do not dismiss adverse reactions. Be conscious and in touch with your bodies messages to you at all times.

Lots of good quality sleep.

Constant detoxing and healthy food choices.

Regular Parasite Cleansing.

Fake Vitamins & Fake Pharma-Funded Websites

Most “natural sites” about vitamins and supplements that you find on “Google” are fake pharmaceutical-funded sites created to give you ‘disinformation’ and keep you from knowing what “natural products” work better than their “synthetic, manufactured, drug-trade”.

We need to wake up to the corrupt pharmaceutical companies tactics and what they do to keep us enslaved in their “legal” drug trade. We literally have to unlearn and relearn everything we’ve ever learnt from the “internet”.

We need to unlearn the mantra “Google it” and replace it with actual research and scrutinize everything as they have infiltrated every aspect of our education.

It may take many years to undo our programming and many things on this website over the years would’ve been part of their disinformation campaign that I need to also re-research with new eyes now that I know how corrupt they are and to what lengths they have gone to.

They even use “Journal Publications” as a marketing tool and clinical trials to ‘discredit’. It’s disgusting the level they will go.

Parasite Cleanse & Other

After everything I’ve learnt since the start of this, I have never been more against the pharmaceutical drug-dealer trade in my entire life and since I have zero trust in any of the manufacturers of these experimental biologicals, nor those administering them or supposedly ‘monitoring their safety’, I would personally do a parasite cleanse and probably throw everything at it:

Ivermectin or HCQ, Fenbendazole, Oregano Oil, CDS or MMS, Borax or Colloidal Silver, and I’d use a zapper.

Guaranteed I’d do almost everything on this page, and I would pray and visualize the best outcome, and I might find myself visualizing the destruction, demise and deletion of those who would ever force this onto any soul, and I would probably look for the most “fact-checked”, dismissed, and anything the media is spreading lies about to see what else I could try that I haven’t listed.

I would also remember how powerful our body is when we don’t have these psychopathic cretins continually bombarding us with messages of how “limited” we are, and remember that everything they have infected our world with in their corruption, greed and hatred of themselves and humanity throughout this entire world is a lie, and that our cells spontaneously self-repair and that we are far more powerful than we know, and that they wouldn’t have to try so hard to brainwash, poison, and enslave us – if it were that easy.
