Went to bed, tried to sleep, couldn’t sleep. Got up, got on computer, eyes were sore and watering but still couldn’t sleep. Couple of hours on computer, tried bed again, I think I slept maybe 30 minutes. 5am, got up again now I’m fidgety, legs kicking, window making noise, hungry.
2 Minute Noodles. Hopefully sleep after I eat.

Still have a headache from yesterday, aspirin helping, but not sure if its because I had a stronger probiotic yesterday, or the extra iodine drop I had after the brain scan yesterday (to protect myself from radiation). At this point I’m thinking it’s either the probiotic or iodine so not having either of these until the headache subsides. It’s unlikely to be the iron which I only purchased yesterday because I took that early (about 11:30am) and the headache didn’t start until around 1-2am the next morning. The iodine was taken around 7:30pm and the probiotic around midnight.

Forgot to defrost something for dinner, so baked a chicken burger & left-over tender, and mashed carrot, pumpkin, and potato, and made a quick garlic sauce with a whole garlic, butter, bacon bits and cream – hmm I really should’ve added greens… maybe green beans would’ve gone well, it’s missing ‘green’ on this orange plate lol
