I’m not sure why this has been in draft-mode. I must’ve wanted to do some further research or have a bunch of tabs open somewhere to go through–but I am not in a Daszak mood of late, so I’ll publish and add to it later if I come across the reason why it’s been in my drafts for so long.

Deception in America Episode One: The Tale of Peter Daszak

All roads lead to Peter Daszak – Feb 28, 2021 (01)

Dec 9 2019 - Daszak Works with Wuhan Lab to create bioweapons

Dec 9 2019 – Daszak Works with Wuhan Lab to create bioweapons (Gain of Function coronaviruses i.e. makes coronaviruses more lethal to humans)

3 weeks before Wuhan announced an outbreak of a new form of pneumonia, virologist Vincent Racaniello interviewed British zoologist and president of EcoHealth Alliance Peter Daszak about his work at the nonprofit to protect the world from the emergence of new diseases and predict pandemics. (02)

The video interview was originally filmed on December 9, 2019.

Interview – TWiV 615: Peter Daszak of EcoHealth Alliance

Nov 2019 - COVID-19 Research Awarded By DoD To Ukraine Special Projects
Since 2014 - EcoAlliance received Millions to Investigate Bat Coronaviruses

Since 2014, Daszak’s organization has received millions of dollars of funding from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), which it has funnelled to the WIV to carry out research on bat coronaviruses.

In the first phase of research, which took place from 2014 to 2019, Daszak coordinated with Shi Zhengli, (石正麗), “BatWoman,” at the WIV on investigating and cataloguing bat coronaviruses across China.

EcoHealth Alliance received US$3.7 million in funding from the NIH for this research and 10 percent was channelled to the WIV, reported NPR.

The second, more dangerous phase, which started in 2019, involved gain-of-function (GoF) research on coronaviruses and chimeras in humanized mice from the lab of Ralph S. Baric of the University of North Carolina.

Funding for the program was withdrawn by the NIH under the Trump administration on April 27 amid the pandemic. At the 28:10 mark of the podcast interview, Daszak states that researchers found that SARS likely originated from bats and then set out to find more SARS-related coronaviruses, eventually finding over 100. He observed that some coronaviruses can “get into human cells in the lab,” and others can cause SARS disease in “humanized mouse models.

He warned that such coronaviruses are “untreatable with therapeutic monoclonals [antibodies] and you can’t vaccinate against them with a vaccine. Ironically, he claims that his team’s goal was trying to find the next “spill over event” that could cause the next pandemic, mere weeks before cases of COVID-19 were beginning to be reported in Wuhan.

Daszak at the 29:54 mark appears to reveal that the goal of the GoF experiments was to develop a pan-coronavirus vaccine for many different types of coronaviruses.

Based on his response, it is evident that just before the start of the pandemic, the WIV was modifying coronaviruses in the lab. You can manipulate them in the lab pretty easily.” What he then mentioned has become the tell-tale trait of SARS-CoV-2, its spike protein: “Spike protein drives a lot of what happens with the coronavirus, zoonotic risk.

Daszak mentions the WIV’s collaboration with Baric: “and we work with Ralph Baric at UNC [University of North Carolina] to do this.” As has been suggested by proponents that SARS-CoV-2 is a chimera made in a lab, he speaks of inserting the spike proteininto a backbone of another virus” and then doing “some work in the lab.” These experiments appeared to have included infecting mice genetically modified to express the human ACE2 protein with these chimeras. Feb 2020 - Lancet Letter (to denounce Lab-Origin)

Feb 19, 2020 – Daszak Instigates Fake Lancet letter to denounce Lab-origin

Group of 27 Scientists open letter published in The Lancet We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin.” with references, drafted and promoted by Peter Daszak (04)

We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin. Scientists from multiple countries have published and analysed genomes of the causative agent, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and they overwhelmingly conclude that this coronavirus originated in wildlife as have so many other emerging pathogens. This is further supported by a letter from the presidents of the US National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine and by the scientific communities they represent. Conspiracy theories do nothing but create fear, rumours, and prejudice that jeopardise our global collaboration in the fight against this virus. We support the call from the Director-General of WHO to promote scientific evidence and unity over misinformation and conjecture. We want you, the science and health professionals of China, to know that we stand with you in your fight against this virus.

The Lancet “We stand together to strongly condemn conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin.”

However an investigation into that letter shows a serious conflict of interest, identifying EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak (who has published studies with batwoman about bat SARS-like coronaviruses) (05) (06) (07) & is PRESIDENT of the company that was collaborating with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in the genetic engineering of coronaviruses.” (08) as the one who drafted the Lancet statement! (09) (10) and that he intended it to “not be identifiable as coming from any one organization or person” but rather to be seen as “simply a letter from leading scientists” …“to avoid the appearance of a political statement.” (11)

In November 2020 the Watchdog group, US Right-to-Know, reported the following with respect to the Lancet article:

Emails obtained by U.S. Right to Know show that a statement in The Lancet authored by 27 prominent public health scientists condemning “conspiracy theories suggesting that COVID-19 does not have a natural origin” was organized by employees of EcoHealth Alliance, a non-profit group that has received millions of dollars of U.S. taxpayer funding to genetically manipulate coronaviruses with scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

The emails obtained via public records requests show that EcoHealth Alliance President Peter Daszak drafted the Lancet statement, and that he intended it to “not be identifiable as coming from any one organization or person” but rather to be seen as “simply a letter from leading scientists”. Daszak wrote that he wanted “to avoid the appearance of a political statement“.

EcoHealth Alliance orchestrated key scientists’ statement on “natural origin” of SARS-CoV-2 (12)

A separate, worrisome article entitled, “Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance Has Hidden Almost $40 Million In Pentagon Funding And Militarized Pandemic Science” seems to indicate a serious conflict of interest with respect to Dr. Daszak’s participation in any investigations on the origin of SARS-CoV-2. (13)

Feb 6, 2020 – Dazak Drafts Lancet letter to denounce Lab-Origin & opts to keep his identity secret

Daszak from EcoHealth Alliance drafts the letter “from leading scientists” for the Lancet supporting zoological and calling lab-leak a conspiracy. Daszak evidently did not want this connection to become widely known. He stressed in emails that the “statement will not have EcoHealth Alliance logo on it and will not be identifiable as coming from any one organization or person,” so that it will be seen as “simply a letter from leading scientists.” (14) It was in fact signed not only by Daszak, but by five of his EcoHealth colleagues as well. (The entire tranche of emails is archived here: EcoHealth Alliance emails: University of Maryland.) (15)

April 2020 - Daszak thanks Fauci for denouncing lab-origin

April 18, 2020 – Daszak thanks Fauci for denouncing lab-origin

Daszak sent email to Fauci thanking him for publicly standing up and stating that the scientific evidence supports a natural origin for COVID-19 from bat-to-human spillover, not a lab release from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. (17)

Conservatives call for Dr Anthony Fauci to be fired after leaked emails spark backlash – June 3, 2021, Sky News (18)

3 Jun 2021 America’s most senior infectious disease experts Dr Anthony Fauci is facing calls to resign after a treasure trove of emails detailing his early response to the COVID-19 outbreak was published online. The emails were first secured by BuzzFeed through a Freedom of Information Act request. Buzzfeed published in excess of 3,200 pages of emails from Dr Fauci’s inbox, over the course of January to June 2020.

In one exchange that has angered conservatives, Dr Peter Daszak, a researcher with ties to both the World Health Organisation and the Wuhan Institute of Virology, thanked Dr Fauci for playing down the possibility COVID-19 first leaked from a lab.

Dr Fauci was informed as early as February 2020 that COVID-19 could have been engineered in a lab in Wuhan and accidentally unleashed upon the world. America’s top medical adviser took the advice seriously, despite downplaying the lab leak theory in public, instead insisting COVID-19 likely originated organically from nature.

In the aftermath of the email release, some Republicans have called for Dr Fauci to step down from his role with the White House and as the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Kentucky Senator Rand Paul said Dr Fauci may have been involved in a cover-up over the origins of the novel coronavirus, an allegation that is unproven.

The hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2, or COVID-19, was a man-made disease was considered a fringe theory but is now being taken seriously. President Joe Biden said he instructed America’s top intelligence agencies to investigate the origin of COVID-19 and hand back a report to him within 90 days.

July 2020 - Trump removes his NIH Funded Grant

July 8, 2020 – Trump removes his NIH Funded Grant

(Trump) NIH Grant withdraws funding from EcoHealth Alliance due to bio-safety concerns at the Wuhan Lab. It reinstated the grant but suspended its research activities until EcoHealth Alliance fulfilled seven conditions, included: providing information on the disappearance of a Wuhan Institute of Virology researcher believed to be patient zero, explaining diminished cell phone traffic and roadblocks around the WIV in October 2019, disclosing who they give their sub-awards to, arranging inspection of WIV lab, and an explanation as to why WIV failed to disclose the RaTG13 – the coronavirus closest to SARS-CoV-2. (19) (20)

Letter

Dear Drs. Chmura and Daszak:

In follow-up to my previous letter of April 24, 2020, I am writing to notify you that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), an Institute within the National Institutes of Health (NIH), under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), has withdrawn its termination of grant R01AI110964, which supports the project Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence. Accordingly, the grant is reinstated.

However, as you are aware, the NIH has received reports that the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV), a subrecipient of EcoHealth Alliance under R01AI110964, has been conducting research at its facilities in China that pose serious bio-safety concerns and, as a result, create health and welfare threats to the public in China and other countries, including the United States. Grant award R01AI110964 is subject to biosafety requirements set forth in the NIH Grants Policy Statement (e.g., NIH GPS, Section 4.1.24 “Public Health Security”) and the Notice of Award (e.g., requiring that “Research funded under this grant must adhere to the [CDC/NIH Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories (BMBL)].”). Moreover, NIH grant recipients are expected to provide safe working conditions for their employees and foster work environments conducive to high-quality research. NIH GPS, Section 4. The terms and conditions of the grant award flow down to subawards to subrecipients. 45 C.F.R. § 75.101.

As the grantee, EcoHealth Alliance was required to “monitor the activities of the subrecipient as necessary to ensure that the subaward is used for authorized purposes, in compliance with Federal statutes, regulations, and the terms and conditions of the subaward . . .” 45 C.F.R. § 75.352(d). We have concerns that WIV has not satisfied safety requirements under the award, and that EcoHealth Alliance has not satisfied its obligations to monitor the activities of its subrecipient to ensure compliance.

Moreover, as we have informed you through prior Notices of Award, this award is subject to the Transparency Act subaward and executive compensation reporting requirement of 2 C.F.R. Part 170. To date you have not reported any subawards in the Federal Subaward Reporting System.

Therefore, effective the date of this letter, July 8, 2020, NIH is suspending all activities related to R01AI110964, until such time as these concerns have been addressed to NIH’s satisfaction. This suspension is taken in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 75.371, Remedies for Noncompliance, which permits suspension of award activities in cases of non-compliance, and the NIH GPS, Section 8.5.2, which permits NIH to take immediate action to suspend a grant when necessary to protect the public health and welfare. This action is not appealable in accordance with 42 C.F.R. § 50.404 and the NIH GPS Section 8.7, Grant Appeals Procedures. However, EcoHealth Alliance has the opportunity to provide information and documentation demonstrating that WIV and EcoHealth Alliance have satisfied the above-mentioned requirements.

Specifically, to address the NIH’s concerns, EcoHealth must provide the NIH with the following information and materials, which must be complete and accurate:

  1. Provide an aliquot of the actual SARS-CoV-2 virus that WIV used to determine the viral sequence.
  2. Explain the apparent disappearance of Huang Yanling, a scientist / technician who worked in the WIV lab but whose lab web presence has been deleted.
  3. Provide the NIH with WIV’s responses to the 2018 U.S. Department of State cables regarding safety concerns.
  4. Disclose and explain out-of-ordinary restrictions on laboratory facilities, as suggested, for example, by diminished cell-phone traffic in October 2019, and the evidence that there may have been roadblocks surrounding the facility from October 14-19, 2019.
  5. Explain why WIV failed to note that the RaTG13 virus, the bat-derived coronavirus in its collection with the greatest similarity to SARS-CoV-2, was actually isolated from an abandoned mine where three men died in 2012 with an illness remarkably similar to COVID-19, and explain why this was not followed up.
  6. Additionally, EcoHealth Alliance must arrange for WIV to submit to an outside inspection team charged to review the lab facilities and lab records, with specific attention to addressing the question of whether WIV staff had SARS-CoV-2 in their possession prior to December 2019. The inspection team should be granted full access to review the processes and safety of procedures of all of the WIV field work (including but not limited to collection of animals and biospecimens in caves, abandoned man-made underground cavities, or outdoor sites). The inspection team could be organized by NIAID, or, if preferred, by the U.S. National Academy of Sciences.
  7. Lastly, EcoHealth Alliance must ensure that all of its subawards are fully reported in the Federal Subaward Reporting System

During this period of suspension, NIH will continue to review the activities under this award, taking into consideration information provided by EcoHealth Alliance, to further asses compliance by EcoHealth Alliance and WIV, including compliance with other terms and conditions of award that may be implicated. Additionally, during the period of suspension, EcoHealth Alliance may not allow research under this project to be conducted. Further, no funds from grant R01AI110964 may be provided to or expended by EcoHealth Alliance or any subrecipients; all such charges are unallowable. It is EcoHealth Alliance’s responsibility as the recipient of this grant award to ensure that the terms of this suspension are communicated to and understood by all subrecipients. EcoHealth Alliance must provide adequate oversight to ensure compliance with the terms of the suspension. Any noncompliance of the terms of this suspension must be immediately reported to NIH. Once the original award is reinstated, NIH will take additional steps to restrict all funding in the HHS Payment Management System in the amount of $369,819. EcoHealth Alliance will receive a revised Notice of Award from NIAID indicating the suspension of these research activities and funding restrictions as a specific condition of award.

Please note that this action does not preclude NIH from taking additional corrective or enforcement actions pursuant to 45 CFR Part 75, including, but not limited to, terminating the grant award. NIH may also take other remedies that may be legally available if NIH discovers other violations of terms and conditions of award on the part of EcoHealth Alliance or WIV.

Sincerely,

Michael S Lauer, MD

NIH Deputy Director for Extramural Research (21)

Nov 2020 - WHO selects Daszak to inspect Wuhan Lab - SERIOUSLY.

Nov 26, 2020 – WHO selects Daszak (of all people) to inspect Wuhan Lab – the main guy with the MOST to lose if it’s found to be of lab-origin – “THE” MAIN GUY. #CantMakeThisUp!

World Health Organization released the names of the 10 scientists selected in coordination with the Chinese government to visit Wuhan to assess the origins of the pandemic. (22)

Daszak was named by the World Health Organization as the sole U.S.-based representative on a team sent to investigate origins of the COVID-19 pandemic …” (Wikipedia)

Peter Daszak listed as one of the scientists? THE ONLY U.S. SCIENTIST SELECTED.

If the pandemic stems from an accidental leak of one of these viruses, Peter would potentially be implicated. Clear conflict of interest as he has everything riding on it “NOT” being a lab-leak. (23)

Peter Daszak

A British born zoologist and president of the New York-based group, the EcoHealth Alliance.

Experience: Dr Daszak is a renowned virus hunter who has worked for decades on coronaviruses, including a close collaboration with Shi Zhengli at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, who is known as China’s “bat woman”. He is also leading a separate group exploring the origins of the virus as part of the Lancet Covid-19 Commission. (24)

I have great respect for Peter but his clear conflict of interest and [prior] funding relationship with WIV should preclude him from these types of roles.

Peter’s organization worked closely with the Wuhan Institute of virology and supported gain of function research on bat coronaviruses. If the pandemic stems from an accidental leak of one of these viruses, Peter would potentially be implicated.

I am not at all suggesting that he did anything wrong, just that one of the possible origin stories includes him. Because so much is riding on this investigation, I think it essential that we make sure the commission itself represents a balance of perspectives, while excluding conspiracy theorists and people with political axes to grind…Putting together a commission that is both impartial and balanced and seen as being impartial and balanced will be critical for everything that follows.(25)

In February 2021, Daszak says it’s “extremely unlikely” to be lab-origin

Feb 11, 2021 WHO Wuhan visit a ‘circular investigation’ (26)

Sky News host Chris Kenny says the World Health Organisation’s visit to Wuhan becomes a “bit of a circular investigation” after revelations the WHO’s findings rely on evidence provided by Chinese scientists.

“Let me give you a bit of an update though on China, the World Health Organisation, and that complete whitewash,” Mr Kenny said. He pointed to an exchange between one US member of the WHO team of experts (Peter Daszak) and a CNN interviewer, in which the US scientist conceded the evidence behind one of the findings of the recent investigation came from “what China’s been doing”.

“The evidence the WHO relies on for this frozen food theory, is the evidence provided by the Chinese scientists? Really? What was the point of going there, what a sham,” Mr Kenny said.

“Oh, and that scientist, esteemed and renowned as he is, has some relevant connections. “He has been involved in previous studies funded by the Chinese government and the US government.

“According to a number of US media reports, those studies have gone on for decades and they have occurred in collaboration with the Wuhan Institute of Virology. “It becomes a bit of a circular investigation doesn’t it?

“No wonder China has so far been able to bat this one away.”

In February 2021, the WHO (Embarek) echo’s that it’s “extremely unlikely” to be lab-origin

World Health Organisation virus expert Peter Ben Embarek said findings suggest that the hypothesis of a possible “laboratory leak” is “extremely unlikely,” and does not explain the virus’s introduction into the human population. (27)

In August 2021, World Health Organization pushes for lab leak investigation because the Wuhan Team admit they Lied about the Lab-Leak Origin. #CantMakeThisUp!

14 Aug 2021 W.H.O. Committee member Jamie Metzl says China lied and downplayed the possibility of a lab leak. #FoxNews (28)

EcoHealth = biowarfare, bioterrorism, & deadly-pathogen research

According to investigative research done by independent-journalist Sam Husseini and The Intercept, much of the money awarded to EcoHealth Alliance did not focus on health or ecology, but rather on biowarfare, bioterrorism, and other dangerous uses of deadly pathogens., much of the money awarded to EcoHealth Alliance did not focus on health or ecology, but rather on biowarfare, bioterrorism, and other dangerous uses of deadly pathogens. Dear Attorney General Garland,

I am urgently requesting your assistance in a serious, potentially life threating, and ongoing matter. My name is Dr. Andrew Huff, and my company MTRX Incorporated, the employees of my company, and my family are the victim of numerous crimes, and our constitutional rights are being violated by unknown parties. In late October 2021, I came forward as a material witness to the development of the biological agent commonly known as COVID (SARS-COV2). This is my relevant personal history:

  • I served in the US Army, Army National Guard, and Ready Reserve 2002-2008 in two combat tours as an Infantryman (OIF & OEF) during the height of combat operations.
  • Upon completing my service to our country, I earned a national security focused Master’s Degree from an engineering and big-data analysis perspective, and then completed a PhD in emerging infectious disease epidemiology with a focus on bio and chemical warfare, bioterrorism, biosecurity, and pandemic preparedness and response. This work was completed at a US Department of Homeland Security Center of Excellence.
  • Near the end of my studies, I worked at Sandia National Laboratories, as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff, where I worked on a wide variety of non-classified and classified research and foreign technical assistance to the health leadership of foreign governments, related to biosecurity biosafety, pandemics, biowarfare, bioterrorism, threat analysis, risk analysis, related to public health, biologics, and chemicals.
  • After 2 years, I accepted a position at EcoHealth Alliance, where I worked as the Vice President of Data and Technology, and worked on a wide variety of federally funded research and development projects, some of which is related to the origin, and human engineering of SARS-COV2 domestically, and abroad.
  • Due to the many serious problems, including, financial crimes, willful disregard and lack of concern for biosafety, biosecurity, risk management, I observed at EcoHealth Alliance, I left the organization where I since served as a Professor at Michigan State University, an Executive at JUUL Labs, and as the Co-Founder and CEO of MTRX Inc.

Up until October 2021, I had been working behind the scenes providing technical assistance and information, including Dr. Peter Daszak’s stated involvement with the CIA, to investigative journalists and scientists internationally related to the origin of SARS-COV2. I provided unique information and context critical to the investigation that shows EcoHealth Alliance and Dr. Peter Daszak are responsible for engaging in crimes, bypassing US regulations, and abusing federal funding and scientific best practices and norms, which ultimately resulted in the intentional or accidental release of SARS-COV2 in Wuhan, China.

Only 2 days after coming forward, my family and I were immediately, and continue to be under constant surveillance, which includes pedestrians, vehicles, and what appears to military grade drones. Additionally, all my devices have been hacked and continue to be hacked, resulting in thousands of dollars of losses to me personally and my company MTRX Inc. On a recent family trip out of town, my family and I observed what appeared to be Chinese nationals taking photos and videos of me during a highly sophisticated tailing operation. Most recently, we discovered listening devices throughout my home, and potentially tracking devices on our vehicles, which we are in the process of having an electronic eavesdropping security expert identify, remove, and document. These events have been reported to and witnessed by my neighbors, the community, local law enforcement, and the Michigan State Police. These events have been communicated to the FBI, FAA, DHS, DoE, and Sandia National Laboratories. Highly sensitive information and data collected and analyzed over the course of my career representing all of Food and Agriculture in the United States, related to biological and chemical attack vulnerabilities, threats, and risks, and including the best methods of attack on American critical infrastructure and key resources were compromised across multiple electronic devices. Some of which, were stolen physically from my home via non forced entry.

Yesterday, Mr. Ravi Batra and I spoke with the staff from the US House Intelligence Committee. Our aim is to help our country investigate and find the truth related to the Origin of COVID. I believe the intent of these attacks is to discredit me, to scare me, and to harm me financially and physically. These persistent attacks, hacks, and surveillance are preventing me from effectively communicating, managing our company MTRX, and are preventing me from working with the US Government to find the truth, so that this terrible human caused pandemic never happens again. This is bipartisan issue and we all need to work together.

We have been told that there will be a letter from the Minority Party House Intelligence Committee stating that Mr. Batra and I are working with them on this critical matter, and will be provided shortly. We urgently request your assistance in investigating the criminals that continue to violate my constitutional rights and attack my family, my company, and ultimately the people of the United States of America in our quest to find the truth related to SARS-COV2’s origin.

Thank you sincerely for your assistance in this matter.

Andrew G. Huff, Ph.D., M.S.
Dr. Andrew Huff

P.S. Due to the perpetual attacks you may be able to reach me via my wife more quickly as my devices seem to be hacked at higher rate than hers. Please call me before attempting to reach me via email, due to the intensity and frequency of my accounts being hacked. Source (38)

Sept 2022 - Dr Andrew Huff - EcoHealth Whistleblower - Sworn Testimony

On 20 September 2022, Dr Andrew Huff submitted his sworn testimony to the Senate. On Twitter, he wrote:

Below is link to the copy of the report about the REAL Origin of SARS-CoV2 sent to the US Senate and Congress last week. My declaration in the document was provided under oath with penalty of perjury.

Evidence included herein demonstrate the following key points (amongst others):

  1. SARS-COV2 was created in the lab in Wuhan, China;
  2. Anthony Fauci funded the creation of SARS-COV2 and lied to Congress about funding
    Gain-of-Function work;
  3. The US Intelligence Community was aware of and appeared to have been involved with
    the funding of said Gain-of-Function work;
  4. A number of well-connected public and private partners were involved in the Gain-of-Function work that resulted in the creation and release of SARS-COV2;
  5. Anthony Fauci and others coordinated to cover-up the funding of the Gain-of-Function
    work that resulted in SARS-COV2.
