Stuck in a COVID Ward?

A friend just got sick from either his vaccinated co-workers or his shut-down immune system due to the absolute terror and stress and assault going on right now in Australia, so went to hospital for help. They are giving him the wrong treatment, of course, very hard to break-through this mass-brainwashing and hive-mind agenda who are treating those for “COVID” not realizing that the test is a fraud and they should be treating him with whatever he actually has (Flu, Pneumonia, EMF, and/or Spike-Protein or Flu-Vax with multiple strains of bacteria exposure, or a lowered immune system). The hospital has not given him anything that will help and the same is probably true for anyone stuck under this new regime.

A good hospital would’ve trusted the physicians around the world that have been successfully treating patients since the start, but most hospitals follow the corrupt NIH protocol which is behind the “Trust our corrupt and cherry-picked Science” Lie that the media is spreading.

A good hospital would give you high-dose Vitamin C Intravenously, Vitamin D, Zinc, Ivermectin, HCQ, and High-dose steroids and a healthy menu — at the very least.

A bad “following the corrupt-science” hospital will give you Remdesivir, a Mechanical Ventilator, whoever-paid-them-the-most test drugs, and foods that will cause inflammation!

Here’s some ideas I came up with to “get the right treatment” if you’re stuck in a hospital around zombie “following corrupt policy” health authorities that have done zero research whatsoever and have their health regulators giving out the recommendations.

1.) Don’t stress – easier said that done but a person in ‘fear’ is not able to heal because ‘fear’ overrides the immune system. If you are in ‘fight or flight’ mode, the immune system shuts down so you can deal with the ‘danger’. Your body is always healing and repairing and detoxing etc, but when you are in ‘fear’, the body prioritizes the energy.

If a tiger is chasing you – your body prioritizes blood through the legs, and oxygen to the brain, etc. which allows you to run / get away from the danger. We are constantly bombarded right now with fear & stress, a crappy diet and lifestyle, which turns off the immune system to prioritize “dealing with the danger”. Once you are safe from ‘danger’, the body goes back to the repair and healing work – which is mostly in these modern days – done while sleeping.

So yes, sleeping is one of the most healing and free things you can do. It allows your body to focus 100% on healing. If you can get them to give you Melatonin, then that will help you have a deeper sleep – it’s also a powerful anti-inflammatory. Try and sleep during the day.

Even if they don’t give you Melatonin, try and stay ‘positive’, watch an uplifting movie or listen to music that makes you happy, and lifts your spirits. Pray, know that the body is the one that heals you. Imagine everyone in the universe wants to help you get better, and love your cells for doing what they do best.

2.) They may say no because they are being told the wrong information, but ask for Vitamin C, D, Zinc, Ivermectin, HCQ, Melatonin, etc. (you might find someone there that can get it to you, or if you are lucky enough to be in a ward that allows family-visits). If not, choose foods that contain those ingredients – or ask for fruit that contains them, etc. Think outside the hive-mind, and look at nature’s best and highest source of bio-available medicine to give your cells multiple vitamins and minerals and nutrients that your cells will thank you for:

For Vitamin D, try and get somewhere near the sun, see if there is anywhere you can go to get the sun on your skin. If you can’t, you can’t – don’t panic and remember that ‘fear’ or ‘stressing out about it’ is only going to make things worse. Do what you can with what you have available to you.

3.) These are ok:

Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Zinc, Melatonin, Thiamine, Ivermectin, NAC, Luteolin, Glutathione, Vitamin B   
Probiotics, Anti-Inflammatories
Bromhexine, Nitazoxanide, Fluvoxamine, Cyproheptadine (anti-histamine), Famotidine, Monoclonal Antibodies. Oxygen (Nebulizer), Saline drip, Inhalers, etc.

4.) Refuse:

  • Remdesivir
  • Mechanical Ventilation (unless you honestly, truly believe it’s the only thing that can help you – do NOT let them breathe for you if you are still able to breathe for yourself) (Oxygen from the nebulizer is fine)

5.) Drink Green Tea – and if they don’t have Green Tea, then drink Black Tea.
Do not drink with milk. Treat it as medicine rather than ‘for your pleasure’.

Green Tea contains epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) which exhibits antiviral activities against various viruses = ESPECIALLY positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses! Despite the false pharma-funded-fact-checkers, Green Tea can inhibit viruses – even without Zinc. It can also bind to different viral proteins to prevent them from working, thereby stopping the infection of cells or the replication of the virus within infected cells. The compound in Green Tea (EGCG) are actually used to create antivirals. A Japanese university found that one minute of “COVID virus” in green tea reduced their Infectious by 99% and other studies – many studies – have already been done.

6.) If they won’t give you the right treatment and you’re finding it hopeless to get anything on the list, always remember sleep, no-fear, and “Food is Thy Medicine” Look at the menu and choose the most nutritious and most healthiest-cooked and highest nutritious options (raw is best, steamed is better than fried, and the most “alive” the food is, the most beneficial and bioavailable it will be, etc.), choose “no food” rather than Toxic-Food – (water is better than fake-apple juice, or lemonade, etc. any ‘real food’ is better than toast, etc.)

For lungs, look for foods with garlic, ginger, curcumin, and even see if they have Vicks Vapour Rub or any kind of thing like that they may be able to give you. NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) would be great but they probably won’t give it to you – but if you happen to be in a luckier hospital that allows visitors, that’s an option too – you want your glutathione levels up, and NAC helps with lungs.

7.) Gargle and spit out often if you are in the infectious stage to reduce the viral load. Brush your teeth (not with toothpaste) throughout the day. If they won’t give you povidone-iodine to gargle with – use salt-water or “do what you can with what you have”.

8.) Foods that heal

When choosing food, choose alkalizing foods, that are also naturally anti-inflammatory: fresh fruit & vegetables.

NO FAKE Juice, NO Soda, NO Sugar, No “PRETEND” Sugar

No pasta, no pastry, no cereal, no jelly, no ice-cream, no “flavoured milk” and DEFINITELY NO BREAD or anything that has wheat in it



What you want to avoid is INFLAMMATION AND THROMBOSIS (blood clots) = so get your mindset right about what common sense you need to have. Obesity and those with weak immune systems are most at risk – but the hospital menu’s and the treatments are not helpful for anyone! Do they want people to get worse or are they absolutely ignorant? You need to be smarter than them and work-around this corrupt “sick-care” system.

Eat the ‘fresh’ fruit but not if it’s mixed with sugar and pastry.
Eat the “vegetables” – but not if they are covered in cheese, oil, pastry, bread, etc.

Do you get it? Choose foods and drinks that are as close to nature as possible to give your cells essential vitamins, trace minerals, and nutrients.

If you are concerned with blood clotting, and they haven’t put you on blood thinners, look for foods containing Vitamin E, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, turmeric, cinnamon, fresh fruit (oranges), as well as stretch and move.

But you want “simple to digest” meals – very easy for your body to digest – you don’t want your body trying to digest curries, meat, sugar, and things like that. So choose light, soft, and less-complex meals, that are easy on the digestive system that are full of nutrients if possible.

Clotting happens mostly at night/early hours of the morning, perhaps because there are more prothrombotic cells circulating in the blood at night compared to the fibrinolytic elements during the day, or maybe because there is less Cortisol produced at night, or there oxygen saturation drops during the night, so staying awake at night if your blood pressure suddenly goes up and your oxygen level’s drop at the same time – being your own best “nurse” and especially being more observant around day 8-11 as that seems to be when more clotting in the lungs occurs. Are you able to get up and walk around the room every hour for a few minutes? Or do a few exercises every hour? Can you change your sleeping position? Sides or Stomach (Rather than on your back)?

If you are a tea-lady, cleaner, chef, kitchen-hand, hospital worker, nurse, aged-care worker, etc. and you want to help the patients because you are awake enough to see what is going on, but feel “helpless” by their cognitive dissonance and idiocy — see if you can ‘help’ the patients choose ‘a better menu’ with them, if you’re the chef, don’t “cook the nutrients” out of their foods, add fruit to their plate, try and think of food as their ‘medicine’ rather than as their ‘poison’ – get educated on what is going to help them most. If the patient is brainwashed, you might need to educate them on the spot about choosing healthier. We do what we can with what we have.

Here’s a couple of menus from a ‘covid’ patient in Victoria this week:

The ONLY things on this list that is not inflammatory are:

  • Fruit Yoghurt (assuming it’s not a yogurt full of sugar! and contains real fruit and not fruit “flavour”)
  • Tea (without milk and sugar)

Everything else on that menu will cause inflammation!

Everything else is JUNK FOOD!

I cannot believe this menu for someone in HOSPITAL — IN A COVID WARD!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? — I wouldn’t eat this garbage if I was HEALTHY, let alone if my immune system was down and I needed desperately to keep my inflammation down. I’m disgusted in this menu.

If you are given a choice, look for the healthiest “closest-to-nature”, “closest-to-raw”, “un-fucked-with” food that you can get – ask for Oranges, Dates, Green Tea, and browse the Mediterranean Diet menu for ideas on how to eat healthy if this is the first time you’ve realized that diet is crucial for health, and look at which foods provide what vitamins to make smarter choices.

Healthiest picks from this menu are:

  • Soup (assuming it’s made with fresh ingredients and not from a can or full of vegetable oil, sugar, salt or fake spices)
  • Pumpkin
  • Broccoli (but not the cheese)
  • Banana
  • Butter (if it’s “real butter” not margarine)

Everything else on this menu is criminal.

For those not in hospital (not sick – preventative):

In a more conscious world, and sometime in the future when we reform all these corrupt practices, patients would be getting freshly-squeezed juices, nourishing soups from fresh vegetables, coconut water, etc.

It is better to eat nothing than to eat poison or something that will make you worse.

Don’t believe? Think of all the Yogi’s and other practices around the world that use ‘fasting’ for health. At least if you are fasting (and keeping hydrated) you are not putting any extra burden on the body while it heals – don’t put some other toxin in your body that it has to try and heal/detox on top of what it’s already dealing with. Only eat the food that you believe will heal you, that you feel will benefit you.

Keep hydrated. If you have access to natural electrolytes like Coconut water, that would be ideal as it also contains natural trace minerals and elements and vitamins and easy to digest. The “system” has overtaken all the natural healing methods to provide you with a less-healthy version. 3-4 litres of water.

9.) Even around these new “obey protocol regardless of whether it works or not” zombies: nature can help you, so trust in your body, sleep, love, pray, feel good, hopeful, positive, listen to music or watch movies/videos that uplifts you (don’t watch the damn news which is designed to keep you in a state of fear). Things that will lift you in spirits as well as not keep you in a state of fear/stress/depression.

10.) Improve Oxygen Levels: The normal SPO2 level is between 94% and 99%. SPO2 below 90% is critical and can cause a strain on the heart, lung, and liver. (It may go under temporarily when you walk, especially if you are breathing shallow instead of long, slow and deep.)

95-100 is ideal
90-94 is concerning
85-89 is very concerning
84 and below – requires oxygen

  • Foods that increase Oxygen: Citrus Fruits, Walnuts, Carrots, Broccoli, Red Kidney Beans, Berries, Spinach, Beetroot
  • SLOW and Deep Breathing increases the level of oxygen in our blood (making sure the air reaches the alveoli in the lungs) Slowly breathe in through the nose, and out through the mouth. May be a useful time to learn the Wim Hof Method of breathing (Iceman) – Benefits
  • GET FRESH AIR (Open your windows and go outside if possible. Fresh air will provide you with energy and bring you additional amounts of oxygen to the lungs.)
  • KEEP HYDRATED (In order to oxygenate and expel carbon dioxide, our lungs need to be hydrated and drinking enough water, therefore, influences oxygen levels.)
  • EXERCISE / Movement improves Oxygen – Every now and then, lift up your arms, lift your body off the bed, move your legs, etc.

11.) You were born powerful – you could do anything – and the “education system” has “taught you” not to believe in yourself, your body, natural healing, and your power as a human being – it’s an “indoctrination system” into “obey authority and your government and your experts” – keeping you small and powerless and a ‘consumer’. You have no idea how powerful you are. The body does the healing. You do the healing. You are so much more powerful than you know. Believe in yourself. Break-free from this deliberate assault on humanity. Learn the truth.

It’s time for you to thoroughly learn all about this. This post contains just an “urgent summary” that I want to share with those who are currently stuck.
