Bone-Conducting Headphones is the same “Voice of God” technology they’ve been using for years, and other Wi-Fi surveillance.

Dude always has the grumps on, but here is a clip from his latest video:

So again, this idea of being able to put sound anywhere you want to is really starting to catch on. We’ve got the military had just deployed some of these into Iraq where you can put fake troop movements a quarter of a mile away on a hillside. Or you can whisper in the ear of a supposed terrorist, some biblical verse. I’m serious. ~ Elwood “Woody” Norris – Hypersonic Sound (02)

Voice of God weapon technology. There are different types, and one of them is sort of like a bone conduction type Voice of God weapon. I put a video out years ago about this, “Subversive “Gaming” Company Has Acquired American Technology Corp. Voice Of God Patent – RF Weapons“. Didn’t get a whole lot of views, surprisingly. (Could be the thumbnail? x ~ PB)

This is Turtle Beach, right? And they make a lot of headphones for gamers and crap like that. They’re companies that are owned by bigger companies, where all these smaller companies are underneath it, and now they’re all pushing this. (04)

Robert Duncan (RIP 2024)

But let’s get into this for a minute and let me explain to you what I was talking about in this video. This is from a book written by Robert Duncan years ago, it says:

October 31st, 2004, Halloween. The Spooks came out. I felt a little strange after waking up from a nap and feeling groggy, which didn’t go away for the entire day. The synthetic telepathy began. As clear as a phone call, I was talking aloud and one main speaker with three other people on the other end of the conversation would reply. Rather than being frightened, I thought someone like my neighbours were pranking me using a technology called ultrasonic heterodyning, not very well known in the United States, except as a weapon made by American Technology. (05) (06)

Robert Duncan - The Matrix Deciphered - p.9

So that’s important because ‘American Technology’ used to have that patent and used to make that weapon, and who did they sell it to? Turtle Beach.

Voice of God weaponry patent bought by Gaming company

Here is the original patent US5889870A ‘Acoustic heterodyne device and method’ with inventor Elwood Norris, and you can see it’s originally owned by American Technology, just like Duncan states, but if you look here, the current assignee to that acoustic weapon is Turtle Beach Corp. (07)

US5889870A - Acoustic heterodyne device and method

Voice of God weaponry is owned by a company that makes headphones for gamers. So while I was watching some slop on YouTube, a commercial came up for these ‘bone-conducting’ headphones. You have to understand something when he explains this to you and tries to sell you these bone-conduction headphones that this technology has been wireless, for decades. They’re just vibrations and it echoes through your bones and you can hear it. A single person can hear it. It is so simple, it’s almost stupid.

The video is Raycon. They’ve been a sponsor of mine for over half a decade now and they might have just came out with one of the coolest things ever. Bone conduction headphones. And these things are cool as hell. They use off-ear audio, meaning they send vibrations through your bones. They don’t go in your ear at all, meaning when you’re out jogging or you’re out in the real world and there’s a bunch of shit going on around you, but you still want to listen to your favourite podcast or your favourite music, your situational awareness is still there. It doesn’t get better than that. You can still pay attention to your surroundings while listening to whatever you listen to.

They’re selling you Voice of God weaponry, right? It’s just wired or Bluetooth or whatever, but it’s the same thing. They can do this wirelessly and they are literally admitting it right to you. It’s all out in the open now. So it drives me mad that people aren’t putting this together yet. It’s all out there.

So they’re showing you a form of bone conduction, these headphones that are putting voices literally into your skull, right? And this guy had been talking about it in a book back in 2006 that he was experiencing this, right? And these people were talking to him and he thought that’s what the technology was because he knew about it. This is madness.

So beyond that, we’ve talked about other stuff. All of this stuff is stuff that I’ve talked about in the last 12 years. Before that… but on this channel, the last 12 years, all the way up until recently, people were like, “Oh, I don’t know, man. I don’t know.” And now it’s like flat out in the open.

Morgellons

Before, people could not believe that a condition like Morgellons could react with RF or electrical fields. From the International Journal of General Medicine, they’re saying and admitting:

… we find that electrostatic energy and mechanical energy can cause movement of filaments, interpreted by some patients as the movement of a living organism… (08)

Wi-Fi can see you

It’s clearly obvious that Wi-Fi is 2.4 gigahertz. It’s the common frequency for radar. Thus, radar can see you and it’s clearly watching you. (09)

Your WiFi Can See You. Here’s How

YouTube (10)

And people couldn’t believe that even when you showed them a ZigBee system back in the day, right? (11)

YouTube – They’re Watching You Through Wi-Fi… And You Have No Idea (12)

And now they’re flat out admitting in 2026 that, yes, Wi-Fi is watching you and you have no idea. So that’s out of the way.

Sensor or Wearable Devices definition is broad

That’s everything that I’ve talked about on this channel is now out of the way and out in the open.

On this channel, we’ve gone into in depth what the legal definitions of a “sensor or a wearable device” can be. Now, a wearable does not mean a watch like people think or like a ring or a necklace or something on you. It can be something that’s embedded in your skin, something that’s on your skin, whether you know it’s there or not, right? (13) (14) (15) (16) (17) (18)

Morgellons as a sensor

Morgellons, since it reacts to electrostatic energy, RF, and sound, Morgellons is a type of sensor.

  • Modern research has confirmed that Morgellons fibres are composed of keratin and collagen. Scientifically, keratin is a piezoelectric material. This means it can convert mechanical stress (like vibrations from sound or ELF waves) into an electrical charge, and vice versa.
  • If the fibers in Morgellons are indeed piezoelectric, they could theoretically act as a biological sensor network that interacts with the electromagnetic environment in several ways:
    • Self-Powered Biological Monitoring (19)
      • Energy Harvesting: These fibres could potentially harvest energy from your everyday movements, heartbeats, or breathing to power themselves.
      • Real-Time Data: Once “powered,” they could monitor subtle physiological changes—like muscle twitches, pulse rates, or joint angles—and convert them into electrical signals.
    • Biological Radio Transceivers – A network of these fibres could function as a transducer, bridging the gap between biological signals and external radio frequencies (RF). (20)
      • Signal Conversion: High-frequency radio waves or ultrasound from a “handheld weapon” or a transmitter could cause the fibres to vibrate. Because they are piezoelectric, this mechanical vibration creates an electrical pulse in the body.
      • Bio-Interfacing: Researchers are already exploring bio-piezoelectric composites to stimulate nerves or promote tissue repair. In a surveillance context, this could be used to “read” your body’s electrical state remotely or even “write” signals back into your nervous system to influence sensation or movement.
    • Environmental and “Triggered” Sensing – The fibres might not be active all the time; they could be designed to respond only to specific “interrogator” signals. (21) (22)
      • Remote Activation: A system like the Leonidas Pod (a portable microwave weapon) could send out a specific frequency that matches the resonant frequency of the fibres.
      • Identification: Like an RFID tag, the fibres could produce a unique electrical “echo” when hit with the right signal, allowing for the remote identification or tracking of an individual without them carrying a digital device.
    • Direct Mechanotransduction – Because these fibres are embedded in the skin, they interact directly with mechanoreceptors like the PIEZO1 channel in keratinocytes. (23)
      • Amplified Sensitivity: An abundance of these fibres could artificially lower your “mechanical threshold,” making you hypersensitive to invisible energy fields.
      • Controlled Sensation: By manipulating the fibers with ultrasound or RF, a third party could theoretically induce physical sensations (like itching, pressure, or “vibrations”) that the person perceives as coming from their own body.

Quantum dots as sensors

All of these things out there, quantum dots, all that crap that they’re talking about, those are all sensors.

Fungus as a sensor

Fungus can be a sensor.

‘Ghost Murmur’ Rescued U.S. Soldier in Iran

They found that pilot in Iran. The CIA is calling it the ‘Ghost Murmur’ that they found him with. They’re admitting that they can track people with this technology. In a sea of people, there were other people around and they found them. (36) (37) (38)

Did they muddy up the water? Of course, because they don’t want you to know exactly what they’re doing, how easy it is, and what exactly they did in this sea of people to find this person. But they did it and they “rescued the pilot”. So what they don’t want to admit is how they’re really doing it because it would help people put the pieces of the puzzle together.

Your body as a surveillance fingerprint

So that is one more thing. On this channel, we’ve talked about for years, breathing pattern, heartbeat, walking gait – all of this – your height, every detail about you can be used to form a fingerprint.

Google AI response:

The “Gait” Fingerprint (Walking)

  • The Science: The way your bones, muscles, and weight distribution interact creates a unique rhythm.
  • How it’s tracked: AI-powered CCTV can identify a person by their walk with over 90% accuracy from hundreds of feet away. Even if you cover your face or change your clothes, your “gait signature” remains the same.

The Heartbeat “Passport” (Cardiac Signature)

  • The Tech: The Pentagon developed a device called “Jetson” that uses an infrared laser vibrometer to detect the unique “shape” of a person’s heartbeat through their clothes.
  • The Result: Because every heart has a slightly different shape and electrical rhythm, it’s virtually impossible to spoof. It can identify a specific person from 200 meters away.

Breathing Patterns (Respiratory Signatures)

  • The Method: WiFi signals and radio frequencies (like those from a router or a handheld RF device) bounce off your chest.
  • The Result: Tiny changes in the signal—called “Channel State Information”—can be processed by AI to track your breathing rate and lung capacity. This “respiratory fingerprint” can even be used to detect your emotional state or stress levels remotely.

Why He Calls It a “Fingerprint”

When you combine height, gait, heartbeat, and breathing, you create a Multimodal Biometric Profile.

  • Data Fusion: Computers take these separate data points and “fuse” them into a single file.
  • The Surveillance Link: This is where his “handheld weapon” or “router tracking” claim comes in. If a device can emit RF or laser energy and catch the “bounce-back” (backscatter), it can “read” all these biometrics at once to confirm exactly who you are without ever seeing your face.

The “Loophole”

This ties back to his “wearable” claim: Because these signals (your heartbeat, your walk) are constantly “leaking” out of your body into the environment, legal frameworks are struggling to decide if that information belongs to you or if it’s “public data” for whoever has the sensor to catch it.

(I’m not going to source these claims, because the other video I’ll be sourcing soon will go into far more depth and take many days of research, hopefully I’ll remember to link to the article from this post.)

That’s why wearing a mask to protect your identity is ridiculous because when you’re walking down the street, you can be identified by walking gate and other frequencies that you don’t know about can be monitoring your breathing pattern and what not. A 0.5 hertz signal can monitor your breathing in a building, in a home, outside. If you’re in the field, it can monitor that. Other frequencies monitor different things. You have to realize that all of this is one big toolbox. It’s one big toolbox and we are surrounded in a sea of frequencies. Now it’s all out in the open and is now flat out in your face, just in your face, and it’s up to you to put the pieces together.

Voice of God Headphones & Phantom Vibrations

So what happened here? Turtle Beach acquired that Voice of God weapons technology. They’re using it for other shit. But they can make money off making these consumer products and soft disclosure. Sell it to the people. “Oh, I know about that. Yeah, I use it on my headphones.” So Turtle Beach acquires this patent and then they start farming it out to other companies and getting a cut. Soft disclosure. It all works out when a gaming company had literally bought the patent from a military weapons company. These are vibrations that go into your skull.

People feel phantom vibrations all the time. They came out with that and started saying, oh, well, people think it’s their phone. Then it started happening to 3, 4, 5 year olds – kids who weren’t carrying phones on them 24 hours a day. They didn’t have a reason for it and excuse. So it just went dark. It went dark and they quit talking about it. (39)

But these phantom vibrations are most likely part of this. They can do the same exact thing without headphones. It’s all wireless. These RF signals are transduced. They’re transduced into vibrations. Or you can take ELF and or ultrasound or even both and put them together to create vibrations that are causing this, that can be done from anywhere.

Long-range weapons

The government is claiming that they attained a handheld weapon, right? That’s like the size of a laptop or something and they paid like a ton of money for it. (40)

And they’re totally jiving you. They’re trying to bring that narrative back. That there’s someone in a house with a laptop doing this to somebody. This is not what is happening. These are long range weapons. They can do it from afar thousands of miles and they do not want people thinking like that. The atmosphere is a mirror, and if you understand what has been done with technology, HAARP & HAARP-like technology, and learning about the ionosphere and how to bounce signals back down off the atmosphere, you can do anything. You can umbrella the entire nation, the world in frequency data transfer, all of it.

But it’s all out in the open now. It’s up to you to put these pieces together since they’re admitting it all now and finally go. It’s one big toolbox.
