While looking for a new theme for my GRN Travel biz.. I stumbled upon a few handy resources for those with real-estate blogs.. and they are all FREE to download!

Real Estate Info theme - this is the one I decided to use for my GRN site but am having a lot of trouble making things work with it, if you wish to use widgets & sidebars, may require some technical expertise. The background image is also 165k which is a tad large! However, it is that image that makes this theme look so pretty :)

Today I stumbled into the site of a 13-year old Kidblogger (now he’s 15) and was amazed as to how he managed to grab the top spot at Google for keywords which some people have been trying to rank for such a long time.
Well, he’s number 1, sometimes number 2 or number 3 for the keyword phrase "make money online".
Not only that, he manages to earn a handsome four figure monthly income because of his top Google blog.

Wicket Pixie
I’ve just spent the last few hours playing around with this one on my personal homepage blog, it’s a good theme for Lifestreams, Twitter, recent blog posts, etc, basically, if you want a theme that pretty much pulls all your sites and social networking/bookmarking into the one place, then this is worth looking at - and it’s completely free.
My Fave things about this theme:
- It supports - Latest "Tweet" in the header in a very user-friendly way, using your gravatar icon as the pic and a speech bubble.
- 6 Sidebars
- Homepage 2 spots for videos
- In-Built "LifeStream" page which automatically pulls in what you’re doing on your socialnetworking and social bookmarking sites
- In-Built "Faves" page which automatically pulls in the latest feeds from your Blogs
- It’s Free :)
