Sweet Potato & Carrot Fries
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 2 Carrots
- Olive Oil, splash
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Peel (optional) and quarter the vegetables.
- Preheat oven to 220°C
- Mix oil & seasoning together.
- Toss vegetables in the mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- I don't like waiting for food. So I steam my veggies first for about 5-7 mins, then I either bake them for 10 minutes or stirfry them - for me, it all tastes the same but without the wait.. but my way ends up a little more soggier than if I'm patient enough to bake it for 30 minutes.
