No flour healthy snack – Bananas, Dates, Walnuts, Hemp Seeds, Black Seed, Cinnamon, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Cacao Powder, Chia Seeds, Maca powder
No flour, eggs, sugar, oats, etc. Just healthy bananas, dates, coconut oil and walnuts… to me, this is such a tasty “grab n go” snack.. if I could only stop eating them long enough to keep some for later..
