Ingredients
  1. 4 Cups Water
  2. 1 Cup Red Kidney Beans
  3. 6 Peppercorns
  4. 1 Cinnamon Stick
  5. 7 Garlic Cloves
  6. 1 Knob of Ginger
  7. 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  8. 3 tsp Coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp Tumeric
  10. 1-2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  11. 1 tsp Masala spices
Instructions
  1. Add water & beans to a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
  2. Add peppercorns, cinnamon stick, garlic cloves to a deep frypan and fry for 1 minute. (Use Ghee, Butter, or vegie stock)
  3. Add coriander powder, tumeric, red chilli powder, masala to the fry pan for 1 minute
  4. Add tomatoes, onions, ginger, and garlic paste for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the frypan to the pressure cooker and stir - cook for an extra 5 minutes.
Notes
  1. Delicious served with rice and/or green beans.
