Discover How to Hypnotize Almost Anyone and Create Positive Lasting Change in Minutes!
What would people say about you if you could turn a smoker into a non-smoker in one session of 17 minutes using hypnosis?
What would they be willing to pay you, if you could get them to change life-long patterns of overeating, in as little as 18 minutes? Jeffrey Stephens thinks you can, and will show you actual videos of him and his students in action:

As an NLP master professional and trainer, I reckon it would be useful for you to know what my involvement with NLP has been.

I started learning NLP more than 9 years ago and it’s been a breathtaking journey. I actually started acquainting about NLP by reading a not too many books and I even worked with ‘clients’ and family members before I got my certification. Looking behind me now, even though my skills were tiny and I’m sure I even did a few techniques wrong, I was still getting excellent results.

I then did my NLP practitioner training. Many people assume you do the practitioner training and then the master practitioner training – and that the comprehension and the skills are in the trainings.

The truth is a good course will instill inside you the systems and some of the skills that you will need, but, as significantly, a good NLP training course will accelerate your expansion and self development – removing limiting ideology and blocks while amplifying your persistence and resolve to get up and achieve.

For me, I revealed that I was able to see more, to hear more and to feel more. I started to learn a way my state, what I was thinking, to switch my own beliefs, to look at truths as creditable and not ultimate nor immovable.

NLP has been extremely liberating and I am experiencing so much more of the world. My senses have been heightened.

And yet it has been so much more than theoretical!

I’ve done every sort of sales job there is, from door to door sales to telemarketing, from consultative selling to selling retail…. and I’ve found that my NLP talents help me to realize much more than my colleagues could. Far more.

As a ‘therapist’ I have been lucky enough to be featured in the news a lot of times for cases that were intended to be ‘impossible’. These were folks that suffered from phobias, anxieties, mysterious prolonged agony and each and every one of them had endured for years and had seen so many specialists before me. And yet inside a handful of hours ( for the most difficult of cases), they were ‘sorted’.

NLP is in the doing, in the experience.

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming and you will be learning the way to overcome challenges, to switch someone’s frame of time, to dump fears in under five mins and other truly excellent feats…. and of course, the more you practice, the more you learn.

I can say, the biggest gift I’ve received from my journey into NLP is the realisation that NLP is such a lot that static, there is still that is still to be learnt and changed and many new ideas to be made. It is an exciting time.

I can now cure a phobia within a minute. I can change people’s beliefs with simply a sentence vs a ‘session’ and life is just different.

After attending even just the NLP consultant coaching your life will change. Guaranteed. You’ll understand how your brain works, you’ll begin to see patterns and most importantly, you’ll get a new angle and a new take on things.

This will continue to refine itself over time and looking back 3 years from now, you will be stunned at how significantly things have changed for you. This can continue happening forever.

A good NLP tutor will give and give, unreservedly. He/she will even give you what they’ve just created/realised because they know that in the giving, there is far more taking, there’s learning. Pick your tutor wisely.

NLP Training Courses

I recently completed an NLP course and I am now a registered NLP Master Practitioner. My NLP training course, which was with an NLP training company called People Building, has enabled me to set up and practice confidently as a therapist. More importantly, I have learnt valuable life tools which I use and apply to my own life and which has enabled me to experience a refreshed perspective and more flexible ways of feeling and behaving.

I was so inspired with my NLP course that I went on to train further as a Master practitioner. However, just by completing an NLP practitioner course you will learn many things and have a good grounding in NLP, which will allow you to practice. This article discusses just a few of the techniques you will learn during your NLP training.

For anyone that communicates with anyone else (so that’s everyone!) you will be taught how to communicate more effectively by learning how to have better rapport in order to quickly gain a connection with others. You will learn how to understand and read body language and how to enter the world of others to understand them better.

On my NLP training course I also learnt how to change unwanted feelings and behaviors. There are many techniques for achieving this including “Anchoring”, in which you will learn to fire off positive states in others and yourself at will. Via anchoring you can also learn to remove bad feelings associated to triggers from the past.

NLP also teaches you how to understand and utilize the strategies that we each run. Human beings have strategies for everything they do from getting out of bed, to shopping in the supermarket. On an NLP course, you will learn to design and install strategies for yourself and others to rapidly achieve your desired results. As a therapist this often involves understanding how a client runs a strategy for anxiety or stress. In a different setting, such as sales, NLP can teach you how to Illicit someone’s buying strategy or utilize a persons eye movements so that you can understand the strategies they use, and customize your sales techniques for each individual.

NLP has many informal techniques for change, which involve the artful use of language. Examples include utilizing questioning techniques that help a person identify their objectives and learning language patterns that create change in a person’s internal representation. In addition, NLP teaches you how to use language to create trance in others (Milton Model), use your language to get more specificity and deeper meaning within your conversation (Meta Model) and how to influence and negotiate with ease and power. Through the art of conversation, (NLP style!) you can enable others to become solution focused.

Questioning Skills And Nlp Training

Apr 22, 2010 No Comments

Have you ever noticed that I begin a lot of my articles with questions?

Asking the right questions can make a huge difference to your quality of life, ask the wrong ones and they could be disastrous.

Questions also draw people in and if used in the right away leave people hanging desperate to know more (an old but effective marketing trick). Wouldn’t it be good if this article showed you how to do that?

NLP teaches a new model of the world that will allow you to replace questions you would normally ask with new ones. If you were at cause for your life rather than at the effect how would you change to get better results? By simply taking charge and recognising that you are causing the results you are getting in your life you automatically begin asking new questions.

The right questions give you better answers, for example whereas you might have asked “Why does this always happen to me?” You may now begin asking the question, “How can I ensure I get a better result next time?

Try it yourself now. When you are feeling low what questions do you ask?

How can you change them to empower yourself and make a difference to your life?

You can use questions to improve almost any area of your life. Here’s a list of questions that you can apply to any area to make improvements.

” How can I improve on that [specific area]?
” What strategies is (insert name of person) using that mean they get better results?
” What can I do to get better results and take less effort to do it?
” How can I make it so that I enjoy myself even more?
” What level of proficiency do I want to gain in this area?

With a little bit of practice you will begin to ask questions that are a lot more empowering and useful. It requires discipline but the results of asking a different question can be quite amazing. It requires careful thinking about how to frame the question but the effort will be worth it.

Questions aren’t just useful for yourself – by asking the right question to others can make a massive difference in their lives and performance as well. For example by asking one of your workers how they can improve productivity and enjoy what they are doing. How about asking your child how can they can make it so that they enjoy doing their homework.

When you ask a question it engages the brain and causes the person to answer. If the person you are questioning actually seriously thinks about what you have asked the chances are that they will come up with some pretty remarkable answers.

So what questions can you ask that will make a huge difference to your life and the lives of the people around you?

A good NLP training course will give you a range of ideas and ways of looking at the world that mean you will start thinking about how you question yourself and others in new ways.

How many different ways can you already think of to use new questions? Here are a few ideas:

Personal development: What is the one question I can ask myself that will give me the biggest result right now?

Manager to team: What do I have to say or do to support you in making this project the best result we have ever had?

Trainer to class: Of all the benefits of attending this course which one motivates you to keep focused and learning?

Sales agent to prospect: What is the one objection that if we overcome you will realize that this is the best product for you?

Any good NLP Practitioner will recognize these as presuppositional questions. In non jargon terms, by considering and answering the question certain assumptions are presupposed as true. Now you understand the concept how many other ways can you think of using this?

On a good NLP Practitioner Course we will show you how to create presuppositions, generate questions and then tie them into a specific context like recruitment, coaching, sales and any other influencing situation you can think of.

Have you ever heard the saying – “ask a stupid question get a stupid answer”…well having read this article are you already considering the huge amount of power in well thought out constructive questions?

Best Nlp Training – Nlp Courses Approved by Richard Bandler and Certified by the Society of Nlp

Mar 22, 2010 No Comments

If you’re looking for the best NLP training available, then you may find this article very helpful. You may or may not know that some of the most professional and comprehensive NLP courses offered are those taught by Barbara Stepp of the Excellence Quest Training Institute.

I should know — I’ve taken an NLP and hypnosis course from her myself!

Barb is a Certified Licensed Master Trainer of NLP (neuro-linguistic training) and DHE (design human engineering).

In explaining the basis of NLP, Barb says, “NLP is the study of the structure of subjective experience and is based on the concept that all behavior has structure. In simple language, it is about how your brain works.”

She further explains that neuro-linguistic programming is:

1.    The ability to create magic in communication and change

2.    Not a model of repair, but a model of acquisition

3.    Extensive brain training

4.    Born from a sense of curiosity and adventure and to look at life as a rare opportunity to learn

5.    A way to organize information and perceptions to achieve results that once seemed inconceivable.

How Can You Get the Best NLP Training?

According to Barbara Stepp, the best way to learn neuro-linguistic programming is with practical, hands-on training. That’s why she uses a unique style of humor, playfulness, spirituality, and individually tailored teaching.

The first course in NLP training is the Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Simply Hypnosis course.

Here’s where you’ll discover the foundation-building techniques and tools of NLP that will literally change your life.

Practical tools to:

>> Improve your relationships
>> Change any unwanted beliefs
>> Negotiate successfully
>> Enhance your creativity

Plus you’ll come away with licensed certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, signed and documented by Dr. Richard Bandler, John La Valle — President of the Society of NLP, and Barbara Stepp.

The second course in NLP training at the Excellence Quest Training Institute is the Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. This course starts where the first course leaves off.

In the Master Practitioner course, you’ll continue to hone your communication and life-altering skills through more advanced NLP™ techniques and training.

More advanced techniques to:

>> Change your beliefs
>> Improve your public speaking
>> Improve your presentation skills
>> Eradicate guilt
>> Further enhance your creativity

Plus, you’ll have the ability to help others as well!

So Just Who is Barbara Stepp?

Barbara Stepp has been the director of Excellence Quest for over 25 years. She has a long history as a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP and DHE, Hypnotist and Premier Coach.

She’s also had the unique privilege of studying and working directly with Dr. Bandler himself, as well as John LaValle, president of the Society of NLP. Additionally, she worked with Dr. Dave Dobson and his Other Than Conscious Communication and No-Fault Psychology.

She’s also the published author of many books, tapes, and CDs.

She’s considered a natural born teacher and has an exuberance and energy that always makes her seminars motivating, fun, and inviting.

Most participants come away with practical tools to set new goals and directions, change limiting behaviors, and realizing long-held dreams.

They also come away with a new sense of self-awareness and self-esteem that takes them to new heights in their lives as well as their careers.

Barbara “teaches NLP with a heart”. That’s what makes the best NLP training.
