Get Paid between $5-$300 per Blog Post
I never knew that these high-paid "Paid to Post" opportunities existed, especially for posting on your own site, but these sites actually pay you very good money for 200 word review posts to your own blog.
Basically, you write a review about the advertised product/service that is offered on the site, post it ‘on your own blog’ and the advertiser will pay you for it.

SocialSpark is a blog marketing network that connects advertisers with bloggers through an online marketplace. Bloggers can make money blogging by either placing ads on blogs or writing blog reviews.
ReviewMe allows you to submit your blog for approval. If approved, your site will enter the ReviewMe marketplace and clients will purchase reviews from you. You will be paid $20.00 to $200.00 for each completed review that you post onto your site.
PayPerPost is SocialSpark’s sister site. You submit your blog, and then advertisers will browse the blogs and make an offer to the bloggers that they wish to write reviews for them. Then you have 3 days to accept/decline the review request. . If you choose to accept the offer, simply write your post and enter the post URL in the appropriate field.
